Chapter 3: Separated

"Ib!?" Garry looks at Ib with a shock expression.
Ib runs up to him and hugs him
"Ib is that really you?" Garry kneels to her height and hugs back
Ib nods and smiles at him, to which he smiles back in response.
"What are you doing here though?" Garry asks Ib. Ib simply responded with "I don't remember..."
"Jeez...more people eh?" Tohma says to himself.
"TOHMAAAAAAA!" Aki runs up to Tohma and pounces on him "What are you doing here!?"
Tohma simply shrugs and smirk at her "Miss me?"
Aki looks at him and hits him playfully "Weren't we at the park together? How did we end up here?" Tohma asks
"I wish I have an answer to that" Aki sighs
Dio simply glances at them and makes eye contact with Aya
Aya felt like she knew him.
Hiroshi walks over to Viola "I'm guessing if I ask 'how did you all end up here?' The answer would be 'I don't remember' right?"
Viola nods "A smart one hm?"
Hiroshi fixes up his scarf "I am"
Viola giggles at him and someone walks into the room.
"Takeshi!?"

No matter how much Madotsuki rubs her eyes or pinches herself, this isn't a dream for her. What's more, is that she isn't dead.
She climbs down the bed and looks around the huge room, it even has it own fireplace.
She looks at the bed, and finds her kitchen knife lying on the bed. She takes it and walks around the room.
After a while, she proceeds to walk out the room, and ends up in a very long hallway.
"This is really weird..." She thinks to herself and starts walking through the hallway.
"Grooaahhh~" She looks back and sees a figure walking towards her.
She grips her kitchen knife tightly
"Groooaahhh!"

Takeshi, another blonde teenager walks up towards Hiroshi

"So you're okay, I'm glad" Hiroshi says and Takeshi simply nods

"Well, you must be tired, take a rest here, it's safe" Hiroshi says and continues to inspect the room.

Takeshi shivers, causing Viola to look at him, she watches Takeshi's every movement.

Takeshi's skin slowly starts to turn bluish, and a rope mark starts to appear on his neck.

Viola narrows her eyes at him

"What are you looking at?" Hiroshi looks at Viola to which Viola points to Takeshi.

Takeshi shivers more, as his skin starts to turn more bluish, the rope mark around his neck starts to be more visible.

"Um...Takeshi are you okay...?" Hiroshi asks Takeshi

"I'm f...f...f...fin-" Before Takeshi can finish his sentence, he turned into an ao oni with blonde hair and a rope mark, or to be precise, hanged mark on his becomes obvious.

Aya pulls out her mini chainsaw and turns it on, looking at the Takeshi Oni who Is opening it's mouth wide.

Hiroshi backs away and runs to the left door "Split up! More chance of us losing him if we split up!"

"Ahhhhhh! What is THAT!?" Tohma freaks out at the Oni.

Aki looks at Tohma "Let's just say...it's something bad" Aki grabs Tohma's hand and runs toward the right door of the room.

Ib backs away and trips but Garry catches her, and runs to the back door. He kick the door open, puts Ib down before proceeding to close the door and locks it.

Aya backs away "St...stay back!" She swings her chainsaw towards the Oni

"It's too dangerous Aya!" Viola grabs Aya's hand and runs to Hiroshi with her.

"Come on open already!" Hiroshi tries to open the door, but it's stuck. The Oni screams and walks towards Hiroshi, Viola and Aya.

"Uh....uh..." Aya pushes Hiroshi out of the way and makes a hole on the wall using her chainsaw.

The three of them goes inside the room through the hole and Hiroshi spots a nearby closet. He runs over to the closet and opens it "Get in here!"

Viola and Aya looks at each other, and they get inside the closet.

Hiroshi gets in also even though it's getting pretty crowded there. He closes the closet door and holds it firmly.

A sound of something bursting into the room can be heard, followed by a few footsteps.

"Pls don't find me...pls don't find me....pls don't find me..." Hiroshi trembles while whispering to himself.

Viola sighs and rubs the back of Hiroshi

Hiroshi slowly calms down and takes a deep breath

"What was THAT!?" Tohma asks with his eyes wide

"From what Hiroshi said, it's an Ao Oni" Dio states and looks around the long hallway

"W..wait...this is confusing" Tohma says

Aki hits Tohma "First of all, why were you even with all those girls!?" Aki glares at him

Tohma looks around "UH...I don't k..know...but they were sure scary!" Tohma gulps as he smiled innocently at Aki "I don't like anyone else but you Aki!"

Aki felt her cheeks getting hot and she looks away "F...fine.."

Dio looks at them back at forth and smiles "Lovebirds" he thought to himself.

Hiroshi steps out of the closet "It's gone.." he breathes out a sigh of relief. Aya and Viola steps out of the closet also.

Aya looks around the room.

"So tell me...what exactly is that thing?" Viola asks Hiroshi

"It's an Ao Oni. How did I know? Well I don't quite remember, but I somehow knows how to avoid it." He sighs

Viola looks at Hiroshi in the eyes "You're not concerned about your friend, Takeshi? How did he changed into an 'Ao Oni'?"

Hiroshi looks back at her "I don't know why I'm not concern over him....but something troubles me and I don't know what is it. I also don't know how he can morph into an ao oni."

"KYAAAAAA!" Aya screams and she falls back

"What is it Aya!?" Viola goes over to her.

Aya points to a hole in the wall, with an eye staring through it

"You know, this room gives out unpleasant vibes...Let's get out of this room" He says and walks out

Viola helps Aya up and follows him.

Aya casts a last glance to the hole and sees that the eye is bleeding. She looks away and walks out with Viola.
