I walk into my house after school tired and stressed. Eliot my brother who is only a few minutes older than me shoved through the door smiling with his best friend Xander stomping through with him. Xander is nice he is always over at our house, we have known him since kindergarten.

"Sup." Xander nodded at me.
"Hey!" I had a small crush on him, but it was only because he is so nice and cute with his little dimples when he smiled.

"We're gonna play COD upstairs you can come play if you want" Eliot said grabbing an apple from off our counter.

"Yeah you should play a round or two." Xander piped in.
"Nah I have to pick a song for my audition." I shrugged
"What are you auditioning for?"
Eliot pokes me in the shoulder "The musical, Mr.Freemen makes us, its a grade." I shrugged trying not to let my nerves show.
"Aren't you like petrified of performing?" Xander asked going through our fridge "well, er... Y-yeah" i stuttered.
"You'll do great!" Eliot said rubbing my head messing up my hair. I hate it when he does that.
"If you change your mind, you know were to find us." Xander said jogging upstairs into Eliot's room.

I jumped up the stairs two by two because my legs are so long, making it up to my bedroom and turning on my laptop. I entered Tumblr roaming around online for a while, then I turned on Spotify looking through all my songs. I started going through them, i got into my chemical romance and fall out boy but decided that it would be too upbeat. When an add turned on with fight song by Rachel Platten in the back ground, as soon as I heard it I knew that that was the song I wanted to sing for my audition. Just then my phone started ringing

"Odessa?" I heard Lux through my phone
"Yeah?"
"Mac and I are coming over we picked out our songs we wanna practice with you!" Lux stated
"Okay, but i'm not singing" i reminded her.
"Oh, you're never gonna be able to sing in front of the class if you don't practice in front of someone! So it minus well be your best friends" Lux retorted
"We'll see" i said
And with that, they hung up.

I walked over to Eliot's door and just walked in, I was surprised they weren't playing COD; they were just sitting and talking, I guess i should have knocked.

Xander jumped up from the floor when I opened the door, I guess that they were talking about something important
"Knock much?" Eliot spat
"I'm sorry I thought you were playing COD." I leaned in the door frame.
"It's fine" Xander said
"I was just letting you know that Mac and Lux are coming over."
And as if on cue i hear Mac and Lux racing each other up the stairs. "I totally won." Lux laughed while Mac huffed out of breath grabbing onto the railing for support. "We ran from my house." Lux explained, Lux lives on the other side of the neighbor hood so she comes over often.

"I saw Xander's car outside, is Eliot here?" Mac said short of breath.
"Yeah, He's in here." I gestured to the room. Mac fixed her hair, checked her makeup in her compact, regaining her breath again and pushed up her boõbs. Popping her head in the door frame. "Hey boys, what are you guys doing?" She said sitting on Eliot's bed.
Lux and I laughed in the hallway staring at Mac's attempt to flirt with my brother.
"Stop pestering the boys, come on!" I said pulling Mac out of the room.
"She can stay." My brother shrugged.
"No, she can't." I pulled the girls into my room.

"I was just having a little fun Dessy!" Mac said pouting while she sat at my desk swirling around on my office chair.
"We know what you were doing Mac, and it was not fun for us." Lux said
Mac stuck her tongue out at us

Soon Mac and I were sitting on my king sized bed listening to Lux sing, she was singing Titanium by David Guetta. Lux isn't an awful singer but she sure as hell is NOT the best singer and she knows this too. After Lux finished the last part of the song she bowed laughing and we both clapped. Then she and Mac switched places

Mac was singing All about that bass by Meghan Trainer. Mac is fairly good as singing but shes cant hit high notes and she squeaks a bit, but she is so confident in everything that she does that you can hardly notice that sometimes she messes up the lyrics. When she finished she was in a fit of giggles.

Before i know it the girls were dragging me off of my bed and holding me upright
"Its your turn, and your not getting out of it this time." Lux said as her and Mac sat backdown on my bed.
My face was turning red and I was about to start crying. So I ran out of my room and locked myself in the bathroom between My and Eliot's bedrooms.

I sat on the edge of the tub with my head in my hands. I was just humming, not loudly but just loud enough. When i had finished the song I stood up and looked at my face in the mirror. Even though i didn't cry my face was all blotchy from getting myself all worked up about it. I sighed and splashed water on my face getting it all down my shirt. I laughed, I was kinda planing on it working the way it works in those commercials.

I dried off my face and opened the door, I was shocked to see Xander sitting against the wall next to the door.
"Hey." He mumbled
"Hey, what are you doing out here?" I asked sitting down next to him, our shoulders touching just slightly.
"You practically shook the house when you slammed the door so i came to check up on you," he said turning to look at me. "You were humming." He said.
I blushed.
"I didn't know you could hear me." I said.

He stood up and held out his hand and I grabbed it as he helped me stand up. "Lux and Mac are in Eliot's room." He said
"Of course they are."

I honestly don't know what to do with my next chapter so i might take a day or two to think but i'm pretty proud of myself for writing two chapters in one day!!!! (:
