"Hello Mr. Wade." Giddian shook hands with a detective, who looked to be in his early forties. "I'm glad you agreed to team up with us on this investigation. It's very important that we find Maddie and bring her home safely to her parents."

Officer Wade smiled. "My pleasure. Anything I can do to help find Maddie. My son is quite concerned about her." Wade starts leading them to the conference room.

"Your son?" Morgan questioned.

"Yea, Andy is my 25 year old, rebellious son. He works at local goth themed café Maddie frequented. When she stopped showing up, he came right to me, said he was worried about her." Wade sits at a chair next to the conference table, filled to the brim with evidence. "To be honest I think he has a thing for this shy goth girl." He shakes his head and smiles. "My boy moves so fast when it comes to girls, I'm surprised he hadn't made a move on her yet."

"Interesting..." Spencer trailed off. "Can we have a word with your son once we look through the evidence?"

Wade nods his head. "Yea sure, I'll call him and tell him you wanna talk." He gets up from his chair. "I'm gonna leave y'all to it." Wade says, his Southern drawl now quite apparent. He then leaves the room.

Hotch looks over at Spencer and he seems to be looking at a note book of some sort.

"I can see why she was contacted by SCAD, her art skills are very impressive." Reid flips through some pages. "She's got fashion designs, as well as what looks like sketches for a Manga."

"A what?" Morgan asks, wondering what this foreign word is.

"A Manga. It's pretty much the Japanese equivalent of a comic book. I actually read a few when I was growing up." Spencer kept looking through the pages.

Morgan chuckles as he goes through the evidence. "Of course you did."

Spencer stares at one drawing. "This sketch here suggests that she was very insecure. She felt as if she wouldn't be good enough-not for her friends, nor for possible relationships, not even strangers. This often plagued her thoughts, but she kept it bottled up and to herself."

"I'm surprised you could tell all that from her drawing Reid." Morgan Complimented.

"I actually know how she feels. I used to feel like this, and honestly still do sometimes, but I don't let it get to me." Spencer explained.

J.j. Interrupted. "I checked her phone. Maddie's taste in music was quite broad. Everything from Country to heavy metal. But she mainly listened to Rock bands like Sleeping With Sirens, and Panic! At The Disco."

"I'd say the girl was well rounded." Morgan added.

"Maddie also enjoyed sharing her art on Tumblr, DiviantArt, and Instagram. She liked Video Editing, taking photography of still life- such as Dolls- as well as taking pictures of sunsets, she has a YouTube channel where she vlogs, and she loved anime. Maddie is very good writer from what I'm reading on her Quotev. She's very intelligent and tech savvy." J.j concluded.

"Intelligent." Morgan nudges Spencer with his elbow. "Sounds like your kinda girl Reid."

Spencer doesn't respond, but keeps going through the evidence.

In the other room Wade is on the phone with his son. "So do ya think you can come down here Andy?"

"Yea dad, after work though." Something crashes in the background and wade hears muffled screaming.

"Son is everything alright?" Wade asked concerned.

"Yes sir. Just some chick wigging out 'cause the new girl didn't get her order right." There's another loud crash. Andy sighs. "Dad, I have to go." He hangs up.

Wade walks back Into the room with Hotch and them. "My boy said he'd stop in after his work shift."

A tall, slender, platinum blonde male, dressed in the Grunge fashion is leaned over Maddie as he looks her in the eyes. Her green eyes filled with fear.

"Mmm!" She attempts to speak but there is a gag in her mouth.

"Sh. Sh. Maddie, is alright. You know I wouldn't hurt you." The guy caresses her pale, freckled, tear-stained cheek. "I have to go, but I'll be back...."

Heh. This honestly sucks. I'm considering taking it down in all honesty. I had an idea pop into my head one night, and this book resulted in it, but just because you get in an idea, doesn't mean run with it. Do you get what I'm saying?

P.s. The song added to this chapter is 'Better Off Dead' by Sleeping With Sirens. I added it because I relate to it on a really deep level, and it has a lot of meaning to me. I'd love if you'd give it a listen.
