what if icarus flew to the sun willingly? what if he wanted (needed) his father to make those wings? what if he jumped at the opportunity to let them take him higher, higher, higher?
what if apollo saw icarus and smiled? what if he opened his arms to catch the boy -
and missed?

ok so first of all, icarus/apollo is a thing that has been consuming my mind for a while. so here.
second, i may or may not go through with this. (basically short prose-poetry things, rearranging greek mythology.) we'll see!
