From that night on August 15th of 2015, everything was well and dandy
The lights were so entrancing and enviting with everyone dancing
Trading kandi with strangers all the norm
As night approached it brought an amazing soul along
From taking on my shoulder rooming so hard
A voice yelled "Hey you're fucking gorgeous!!" With enthusiasm
Your vibes filled with good intentions
Not knowing how to react I yelled back "Thank you!"
Not before long you asked for my number and I smiled with no hesitation I put the number into your phone
Soon after I gave you a piece of kandi and you smiled
Before walking away to give another light show
I walked outside and saw you with your friends I got to shy to go up and spark a conversation
Not long after you came inside and shuffled by my side which made me smile
I couldn't help but chuckle and look into your blue eyes, but also the thought of you by me
I was happy and not before I got your text message saying "Hey this is Christian from the rave!!! :)"
To see that put me back in good vibes, I paused and smiles before I replied "Hey how's your night?! :)"
We shuffled together a few more times before the night
I couldn't help but look down because you made me smile
So this is how it all began with this first dance we had together
