Natsu: why is there a man lying on the floor and he looks to be injured by our attacks
Erza: "I hope we didn't kill this mystery man, no wait he's still breathing thank goodness"
As everyone thought of different reasons why he showed up out of nowhere or if he was still alive the man of attention slowly opened his eyes and began to move 
Alucard's POV
"Man my head hurts and to top it off I get hit with a ball of fire and get a few cuts from some unknown attacker I'm going to deal with this and head home from where ever I'm at"
No ones POV
Alucard: I don't take too kindly to being attached by strangers so tell me what family are you from
Said Alucard as he rose from the ground
Erza: I don't think you should be blaming people and we're the ones who are going to be asking the question
Natsu: Erza let's focus on finishing up ou-
The dragon slayer was not able to finish his sentence because of a fist that hit him straight in the face sending him into a nearby store
Erza: natsu, you're going to pay for hurting my family
At that point Erza charged at the cloaked figure but was unable to land a single hit
Erza: why can't I hit him it's like he's not even trying
Alucard: I must say you are very skilled with the sword but the fact that you're too slow won't get you anywhere fighting me
As the fight between Erza and the stranger continued Natsu was already awake and planning a sneak attack on Alucard
Alucard: if no one is going to answer any of my questions then I might as well end this here and now
After Alucard finished his sentence he disappeared from Erza's field of vision and appeared behind her and high side kicked her into a nearby tree. And as he appeared in front of her with a black long barrel hand gun that looked like it can take an entire limb off. He then loaded the gun and points it too her head
Alucard: any last words girl
Erza smirks
Erza: yeah I do now Natsu
Erza had a look of victory because as she was attacking Alucard she left a message in the dirt for Natsu to come up behind Alucard, her smirk disappeared as she saw the cloaked figure dodge the attack but he did leave his coat due to it's current condition.
Erza: as I look at the stranger in front of me I noticed how his face looked and for some reason it looks familiar but what could it be...no it can't be he died three weeks ago (as Erza's eyes widen from realization she forgot all about their fight and went back to her normal armor)
Alucard: why have you stopped fighting aren't you going to finish this or do you surrender
The man in front of Erza has the same face of a member from fairy tail who died three weeks ago. His is smooth with eyes of a predator and a face that displays no emotion and as well as a voice that shows no enemy mercy with black hair that goes down into a messy looking skater hair (imagine hibari's face but a lot more tan and zero's hair style)
Natsu: hey Erza why did you stop does that mean we beat him
As natsu looked at Erza and seen her eyes on the verge of tears and looks in the direction that Erza was looking and his eyes widened and began to tear up and turn into a look of rage
Natsu: how dare you take that form, I don't know who you working for but your boss or what ever you called him is a sick cold hearted bastard
Alucard: what are you talking about I'm not taking any form and further more do not and I repeat do not ever talk bad about my boss/best friend for life
Natsu: so what if I insult your stupid boss he's probably really weak and has people fight for him
At that moment a wave of KI washed over the Mages of fairy tail and it was coming from the man in front of them and let's just say that the mighty Erza was shaking in her boots
Erza: this amount of power feels like it's literally going to reach out and kill me but what scares me is that this man sounds just like our Alucard but I wonder what his name is and why does he look like him
Erza's thoughts were interrupted when she felt a piece of cold mental touch her forehead and herd a click sound
Alucard: I told you before not to insult those I hold close to me now you must punished for yo-
Alucard never got to finish cause he was to busy taking a giant first to the face which sent him flying to a nearby store
Makorav: you must be a fool to think I would allow you to hurt one of my children
Alucard: wait I will surrender I see no point in fighting anymore, but I still want to ask a few questions if you would allow me t-
Again Alucard didn't get to finish because he was interrupted by a toad like creature
Council worker: no not a single question will be asked cause Erza scarlet you are to be taken in to see the council as well as you Alucard of fairy tail
Alucard: what the heck is that thing (yelled in a surprised/freaked out tone)
Council worker: I am a representative of the council, the ten wizard saints council you should know this Alucard you were in line to earn rank number 4 after you prove your self but that incident prevented you from participating in wizard saints trials a few weeks ago
Alucard: well I will come along peacefully but doesn't mean if I feel the need to defend myself I will not hesitate
Council worker: very well now both of you come along
Natsu: wait no Erza don't go your innocent you don't have to be sent to jail
Erza: Natsu don't worry I will be fine just watch out for the guild while I'm away
Alucard: excuse me Erza is it,may I ask you a few questions
Erza: yes you may but I too also have question to ask of you if you don't mind
