A smirk falls upon my lips as I flip the gun around in the air, catch and spin, catch and spin, My backs pressed against the cold, dirty brick wall searching for my next victim, the next unlucky person to stumble upon my ally, the next idiotic bitch to fail my task. It's simple but nobody seems to be able to complete it, all they've got to do is simply read between the lines. Light foot steps catch my attention causing me to smirk and use my foot to push myself off of the wall. I take slow, steady step's towards the back of the ally the only light being the pale blue thrown from the moon, casting shadows kids would fear, shapes kids would hide under their sheet's because of, but we....We are the characters in the story's their Parents told that had them fearing every night, every forest they went, every lie seeping through their thoughts, every thought dripping like blood. Blending into the shadows I re-load my gun and allow my eyes to scan the ally.
"Pft, it's not even true." A thick Irish accent spits. The corner of my lip twitches upwards, moron.
"It is to. My parents used to tell me about this ally." The other corner of my lip twitches upwards.
"You two are both idiots." A girl hisses as the three of them stand at the end of the ally, arm's crossed over their chest's, their postures slightly shaking and their eyes curiously scanning over the objects that lay untouched.
"Is that a body?" My smile grows into a smirk as the three step toward it. The grasp on my gun tightens as I step out of the shadows. Their heads snap in my direction and I cock my head to the right....and than the left. Their eyes grow wide, The little blonde one's crystal blues eyes frantically scan the area, the curly brunettes emerald green ones look around praying for something and the girl's well her's hold emotion..Emotion that's unreadable.
"He's one!" The girl screams causing me to leap forward, they all scream and frantically run but I manage to grab hold of the girl.
"Hush now, it'll be easier if you don't scream." I whisper into her ear. She whimpers her lips shaking as I drag her towards the ally exit. Hopefully she'll be an easy one to train.. Now to capture the other two.
