It was around eight by the time they got back. Mrs. O'Leary kicked up dust from her paws as she galloped through the cobblestone streets.

She skidded to a stop in from of Frank's house, and the color drained from his face.

Hazel stood in front, her arms crossed, looking murderous. Frank felt sick as he slid of the hellhound.

"One night!" Hazel yelled when Frank got close enough. "Can I not trust you for one NIGHT?!"

But Frank wasn't listening to her.

He looked a couple houses down, where Annabeth and her daughter were grouped. Annabeth looked livid, but when Percy ran to them, scooped up their daughter and kissed her, that anger melted. Frank could see tears in Percy's eyes.

"Are you even listening to me, Frank Zhang!?" Frank smiled sadly at Hazel and gave her Will.

"I love you too, Hazel," he said, and walked inside the house, leaving her dumbfounded.
