So I am now addicted to writing Stony with a fem! Tony and an AU where Ultron wasn't defeated. It's a role play that I'm in (which I'm addicted to as well). That is also where I get most of my inspiration from so request one-shots, because I'm slowly running out of ideas. Bold and Italics = writing. Italics = thoughts.

Tonia leaned against the counter in the kitchen, a steaming cup of coffee in her hands. They had done it, the team did it. They defeated Ultron and the original Avengers were reunited, or at least most of them. Steve was still gone. A pang of sadness went through her her chest and tears threatened to spill over but she pushed them down. The sun was starting to rise and her eyes threatened to droop closed. Tonia had been up all night, waiting and hoping that Steve would come back. She would fall asleep every now and then, an hour or so in her system. The coffee was now cold so she poured it out into the sink, setting the mug down after the black liquid swirled down the drain.

Her feet dragged across the carpeted floor as she made her way to the floor the bedrooms were located. Doors lined the hallway, names scrawled across the front of each one. Most of the doors had a dim light shining underneath, showing that whoever was in the room was asleep. Under a certain door, a bright light glowed steadily. It caught Tonia's eye and she raised her eyes to the nameplate, even though she knew by heart who the room belonged to. Steve Rogers, Captain America. A shadow moved beneath it, causing the billionaire to let out a sharp gasp of surprise. The shadow stopped in its place. Shit Tonia. The panel to the side glowed blue, almost throbbing in the dim light of the hallway. A deep voice called out from the other side of the door, so familiar that she wouldn't have even bothered trying to think. "Are you coming in or am I going out?"

"Steve . . ." Tonia's voice fell from her lips in a strangled tone. A soft chuckle sounded from the other side of the door as it slid open. And there he stood, the star spangled man himself. Tonia's eyes widened as the big pot of boiling emotions overflowed. Tears started to stream down her face steadily as she slid to her knees, her hands clasped over her face to hold in the sobs that ripped out of her chest.

"Hey Tonia. Miss me?" He walked over to her and kneeled in front of her, pulling her into a soft embrace. Another sob ripped out of her chest as she clutched the front of his shirt tightly. Words ran around her head, trapped and unable to escape her lips.

"Bastard!" She screamed as she beat on his chest. It had no effect on him, her hits weak and drained. "Bastard. You left me. You made me think that you were dead." She buried her face in his chest unable to do anything but cry and hold onto him. Her sobs had stopped but tears still streamed down her face as she breathed in his scent, his familiar scent that she loved so much.

He held her gently, stroking the top of her hair. "Hey. Hey, I'm here. It's okay. I'm alive. I'm here for you." She punched his chest one last time before wrapping her arms around him tightly.

"Don't you ever leave me again." He nodded and hugged her back. They sat like that for what seemed like hours but was really only minutes. Tonia's eyes were starting to flutter closed and soon, she was snoring softly on his shoulder. The mix of staying up all night and crying her eyes out lead to her eyes being unable to stay open. Steve chuckled quietly and picked her up in his arms, his hands under her legs and back. She curled into him, still clutching his shirt.Careful to not wake his sleeping beauty, Steve made his way back room. There were signs that someone else had been in there while he was gone, wrinkled bed sheets, wrappers of granola bars, and dirty shirts. Some were obviously Steve's while a few others were smaller and obviously made for the female body. The reason being Tonia had stayed in his room. The room was her only comfort when he disappeared. She would stay there, sleeping in his clothes and bed.

Steve laid her on the bed, tucking her under the covers. He started to walk away until a hand stopped him from doing so. "Stay." A drowsy voice mumbled. A soft smile graced the male's lips as he slipped into the bed next to Tonia. He held her in his arms, listening to her soft snores.

"I will never leave you again Tonia. I swear." He planted a soft kiss on her forehead, his lips lingering. Soon, the super soldier fell asleep holding the billionaire.
