{Pipers Pov}
"Dad, I'll be back later. I'm going to look for a job" I said opening the front door. "Ok sweetie, I hope you find one" he said with a small smile. "Me too" I said then walked to my car.
I got in the drivers side and started the engine. I drove towards star bucks then parked.
I got out and started walking to the doors till my phone buzzed.
Jack J♡: Hey babe, wanna hang out? Or are you busy?
Me: Sorry boo, I'm looking for a job, I'm at Starbucks right now. If u wanna come then u can. I'm getting a coffee before I go to the diner to see if there's a job opening.
Jack J♡: Yeah you need to get a job and stop having me pay for everything for you..Lol.. I'm just kidding babe, I would do anything for you! Ill be over in 3 minutes. Love ya!
Me: Love you.
I put my phone back in my purse then ordered my drink. I sat at the Booth then started drinking.
I felt hands cover my eyes.
"Guess who" he said. "Santa" I said with a smirk. "Wtf no" he said. "Haha Jackie poo" I said then lifted his hands off my eyes.
He sat down next to me and got on his phone. I seen him smiling at something so I tried to look but he pulled his phone away.
"Hey I wanna look" I whined. "No it's just something on..uhh...facebook" he said scratching his head. "Mm hmm" I said. I finished my coffee then got up to throw it away. I walked back over and Jack was on his phone.
"Hey what's up" he said. "Um just sitting here at star bucks." "No u can't come cuz I just wanna be here alone..." he said. Then he said by and hung up.
I crossed my arms and lifted my eyebrow.
"Alone huh?" I asked. "Well I don't want Jack wanting to force me to give u the phone so he could talk to u so I told him I was alone." He said. I nodded then walked out to get in my car. He came out and told me to roll down the window so I did. He gave me a quick Peck before saying his goodbyes and other weird shit.
Before he walked away to his car I pulled out and started heading towards the diner.
Once I got there I pulled up and got out. I walked in to see Kylie and Jack g having lunch. I smiled then sat next to them.
"Hey guys what's up?" I asked. "Nothing just having lunch" Kylie said with her mouth full. "Oh well I'm gonna try to get a job here" I said. "Oh cool then I could see you a lot" she said. I nodded then walked up to the counter.
Marrissa came up to me with a smile.
"Hey piper, can I help you" she asked. "Yeah I was just wondering if there's a job opening I could have" I said. "Oh yeah you can work as a waitress." She said handing me some papers "just fill these out then your working here" she said smiling. "Thank you so much" I said. "Any time". I walked away and sat back down next to Kylie.
"Hmm I have to work from 9:00-1:35 on Mondays. And on Tuesdays I work from 10:30-12:50, Wednesdays I don't work and on Thursdays I work from 8:50-2:00 and I have Fridays off. Hmm sounds good to me" I said then started filling out all the information.
When I was done I walked back up and handed her the papers with a smile. Today's Sunday so I work tomorrow. I walked to back over to the table and sat down.
"So I guess I should be going then" I said. "Ok bye bestie!" Kylie said. "Bye piper" Jack said waving goodbye. I walked out and got in my car. I looked over at hy-vee to see my boyfriend walking in with some blonde bimbo.
I gasped then got in my car angerily. I got on my phone and texted Jack.
Me: hey who's that blonde your walking into hy-vee with?
Jack: Don't worry babe, it's just my good friend from 4th grade, nothing to worry about.
Me: yeah ok...I'm going home now.
Jack: I'll be over soon.
I put my phone back in my pocket and put my head on the steering wheel.
Is Jack cheating on me? No he's not it's just his good friend.
I shook all the thoughts out of my head then started driving back home.
Once I got there I walked into the living room where my dad, Shawn and his girlfriend are sitting on the couch.
"Did you get a job?" My dad asked. "Yep, at the diner" I said. I heard Stacy, Shawn's girlfriend scoff. "Is there a problem?" I asked crossing my arms. "Nope" she said before watching the tv. Shawn was smirking so I flipped them off.
"Hey don't flip off your brother!" My dad scolded. "Wow so he could sit there smirking after his slutty girlfriend just scoffed at me. I always get in trouble after Shawn starts it all." I said before stomping upstairs.
I walked to my room and slammed the door.
After a while I heard a knock on the door. I sighed before getting up and heading downstairs to the door. I opened it to reveal Jack a standing there with his hands in his pockets.
I smiled then let him in. I shut the door then grabbed his hand and started to walk up the stairs till Shawn yelled.
"USE PROTECTION!" He yelled while smirking. "You use protection, your the one fucking Stacy every night" I scoffed. They both had wide eyes. I smirked then walked up the stairs with Jack.
When we got to my room, I shut the door then walked to my bed and sat down. He sat down next to me and grabbed my hand.
"Babe, I promise you I'm not cheating on you" he said looking serious. "Ok I believe you" I said with a small smile.
I got on his lap straddleing him. I put my hands around his neck while his we're on my waist. I placed my lips gently on his.
We sat there making out until I pulled away for air.
How I love this.
