Chapter 30 ~~A little bit of Ryder

Ryder's P.O.V

I pinched myself ,making sure I wasn't daydreaming .

Nope. Not a dream.

So it's true! Hailey likes me.

She's really my girlfriend!

I can't! I just can't believe this!

"Ryder! Hailey ! Get down here! Dinner's ready! "

We reached down the stairs only to meet my entire family. I didn't know this was going to be a family gathering! If I did Hailey wouldn't even be here.

"Oh Ryder, you finally agreed to come ."

This was my first time out of 10 years. Every year I'd find a party to attend. That explains why I didn't know this was a gathering .

"Who's this? "My aunt asked.

"She's Hailey ."

Hailey shifted her feet uncormfortably .

"We're going to take a sit. "I said, a bit harsh.

We were eating buffet style. I took random foods off the table then sat near Hailey.

"The food is delicious! "Hailey said.

Everyone was deep in their different conversations. I was happy to have no attention.

"Tell me about it. "

Soon we fell into a deep conversation.

"Anybody up for dessert? "My mom asked.

I sure am.

"You want any dessert? " I asked her.

"Yeah sure. " She smiled.

I still couldn't believe she was my girlfriend!

I've dreamt of this day so much! I never thought it would come true!

I grabbed two slice of pumpkin pie then headed back to my seat.

Now that she's my girlfriend I can kiss her!

I placed the plate before her then kissed her forehead. Her face turned beet red. I smiled down at her cute self , admiring her beauty.

Hailey's P.O.V

AFTER the dinner Ryder walked me to my house and kissed me goodbye.

"He kissed you! Are you together now! I couldn't wait! You have me acting like a teenager again! Yay! "

"Yes we're together now. "I laughed at my grandmother.

"Do I hear wedding bells ringing? "

"No! Maybe? "

"How many kids are you two planning on having,? "

"Seriously ?"

" Yes! "

"4 ..."I whispered.

"Are you sure you're lying? "

"Okay,maybe I want more than 4? "

"You know you do. "My grandmother squealed .

Sometimes she really gets frustrating!
