Mai heard a banging noise in the middle of their nap and jumps up in fright. She realizes that it was dark out. How even more scary. Trembling she tapped on Kaiya's shoulder.
"K-kaiya wake up, please!", Mai whispered.
Kaiya rose sleepily and groaned.
"What do you want Maiii?"
"I-i heard a banging noise. I'm scared right now", Mai answered.
"Probably just your imagination. Go to sleep okay?", Kaiya said.
"O-okay, but can I stay colse to you?", Mai asked
"Ugh, fine don't get too close though", Kaiya answered.
"O-okay thanks", Mai stammered.
Mai snuggles with Kiya making sure nothing is around them.
It has been three minutes since the last bang. But now Mai heard a ripping noise. She was sure Kaiya heard it so she believed everything was fine.
