I just got home from school. They're fighting like always (by them I mean my parents). I walk in the kitchen I get some yogurt out of the fridge. I grab a spoon, then I head up to my room. Day after day they fight. They don't know how it's effecting me. They don't know how sad I am. It hurts me to see them fight.
I wake up, I get dress, I grab all my stuff, I look I the mirror, and I tell myself it's all going to be okay. I'm going to be okay. I wish everyday that my parents would stop fight but they never do. I wonder how they stay together.
I go down stairs, I see them sitting at the table together. "Come sit down" said my mom
Ignoring her I grab a snack out of the fridge. And I start walking towards the door. "Skyler get over here, your mom just told you to sit down." I hear my dad yell in anger. I look back at my mom, she just looked down. I ignored what he just said and went.
I'm at school I'm replaying what happen. I can't even get over the fact that he yelled at me. Wow. I got interrupted by Mrs. Prylil "umm excuse me are you going to do your work. Or are you just going to stare at your phone all hour."she said " I am doing my work..." I say "yeah that's why I just caught you on your phone doing anything beside work?" She interrupted me. "Ohh so you get to raise your voice at me now?" She asked "you know what if you don't want me here I'll leave" I yelled "principals office" she yelled
Well ISS (in school suspension) here I come.
End of the day I decide not to go home to my arguing parents. I didn't want to be near them. So i thought I might go to Kaylee's house (she's my best friend since preschool) I text kaylee
Me: Is it okay if i come and chill for a while
Kaylee: yeah.
I start walking towards Kaylees house. I see a herd of cheerleading girls. I put my hood on so none of them noticed me but they did. They formed a circle around me. "Hey" I hear one say. I tried to get out but I could. "Where you going" I hear. They're pushing me around. "You are so ugly. No wonder everyone hates you. You're a little bitch." I started crying I didn't know what to do. I saw there Carter (she use to be my best friend till I supposably slept with her boyfriend)
I managed to slip out of the circle they started chasing me I tried running. I tripped over my shoe lace. They caught up to me. I was so scared. They started to kick me. They dumped their drinks all over me.
That's not how I was taught to be weak. Was taught to stand up for myself well I couldn't do that with like 11 to 1 like seriously.
I walked over to Kaylees house I laid in her bed and fell asleep.
