As soon as the text sent I heard screaming my heart dropped to the feet I ran downstairs to see smoke coming from the kitchen I see sky with her hands in her knees on the floor I grabbed her and ran out the front door I set her on the grass and I hugged her "are you okay sky what happened"
'I'm fine but my horsie was cold so I put him in the oven to heat him up but it caught fire, am I in trouble' she said with watery eyes
"No no no just as long as you arnt hurt"
I grabbed out my phone from the back pocket of my jeans and called Nash
"Hey Emma what's up"
'Nash you need to come here fast'
"We're on our way"
I decided to call 911 before the fire spreads
I see the car pull up and Hayes Nash and Mrs Grier rush out of the car. Hayes and Mrs Grier runs and hugs sky and Nash hugs me he saw that my hands and legs were shaking so he sits on the grass and puts me on his lap. I bury my head in his chest and I start to hear sirens.i balled into tears I don't know why Nash is being so nice his house is on fire and I was supposed to be watching it
"Hey Emma it's okay it's not your fault"
'Yes it is Nash if I wasn't in sky's room then I would've seen her put the toy in the oven'
"Hey stop your to pretty to be crying and don't worry it's ok"

'Are you sure your mom won't sue me or anything'
Nash started to laugh which showed his perfect smile stop it Emma God control your feels. "of course my mom won't sue you it happens I think she has some news for you though" oh god I'm dead I got up from Nashs' lap and I walked over to where Hayes Mrs Grier and sky were. As soon as I approached Hayes ran and wrapped his arms around me " are you ok "
' yes Hayes I'm fine thanks so much '
He let go and went over to Nash I walked closer to sky
"Hey sky I just want to say I am so sorry I should've paid more attention to you"
She just hugged me tightly and whispered
'Please stay'
I didn't know what to say I just hugged her back.
Bye know the fire was put out it was only small and it didn't spread but I still felt really bad
"Emma can I have a word with you in private" Mrs Grier sounded quite stern I followed her out to the hall
" okay so I know what happened might have given u a bit of a shock but I just and u to know that you are not in trouble I am really proud of you how you handled the situation and I want you to keep on babysitting skylynn and i want you to stay here for the week I told your mum and she is fine with it but it is up to you, so what do you think"
I hugged her and said thank you we went back into the living room and she said for Nash and Hayes to go to my house to help me pack.
