Only a few days left before the duration that Soo Hyuk spare her to tell him her decision. It certainly take a toll on her life, everything is slowly deteriorating inside her.
For the last few days since she broke up with Seyong, she have been avoiding Joon Kyu and Gunwoo is not an exception.
Gunwoo must have sense her changes but she could care less, she only have one goal in mind today. That is to tell Gunwoo to stay away from her for the time being. That only... if Gunwoo would do just that for her.
Hyo Jin sighed. She look down on her hands, there's a few scars left behind by Soo Hyuk during her trainings with him in the past. It's not clearly visible but for her it's like a reminder for her cruel past self.
"Lee Hyo Jin"
Hyo Jin shudders in surprise, she looks behind and find Gunwoo standing with arms crossed over his chest. "The fuck is wrong with you women?"
Hyo Jin ready to leave the scene but Gunwoo quick to have a grip on her. "Stop avoiding me Lee Hyo Jin!" Gunwoo shouted.
Hyo Jin just stare at him and she sit back on the bench. She look out into the distance and Gunwoo sit beside her. "What do you want?"
"I want an answer from you Hyo Jin. What's wrong with you? Why are you avoiding us now? Did something happened to you? Did we hurt you anywhere?" Gunwoo frantically questioned, he doesn't want Hyo Jin slip through him after the past few days he couldn't contact her and even to meet her was hard for him. He miss her too much.
"Nothing happened. I'm just not feeling well. My throat is sore. You know how talkative I can be if I meet you guys" she spews, Hyo Jin knew well that she've been spating nonsense.
"You're talking fine now Hyo Jin. Doesn't sound sore to me either" Gunwoo point out. Glancing at her and noticed her teary eyes.
"I see you've been crying Hyo Jin... what's wrong can you tell me about it? You don't have to save me, I can take care of myself. So please just tell me" Gunwoo pleads, holding onto her hands but she quick to pull it away.
"I already tell you. It's nothing really. I just wish you could leave me alone Gunwoo. Just go already. Don't see me nor talk to me for the time being" Hyo Jin bluntly demand.
She's ready to leave, getting on her feet. But before she manage to amble away Gunwoo embrace her from behind. Hugging her tightly. "Lee Hyo Jin. If you're being like this because you're trying to save me then please stop it. I don't need you to let yourself undergoes all those pain because of me. Hyo Hyo... don't you miss me? I miss you so much okay."
Hyo Jin sighed. She's contemplating whether or not she should give Gunwoo his last moment with her just like what she did with Seyong. After all it's her last chance.
Slowly she turned around to face Gunwoo and hugged him back tightly. "I'm sorry Gunwoo. I couldn't tell you. I just hope you would just understand ny decision. I'm really sorry, we've become such a mess now. Of course I miss you but you need to stay away from me. No matter what, take my words. It's better like this."
"What do you get out of being like this Hyo Jin? We're not happy. You know that, right?"
Hyo Jin nodded. "I know and all I get from all this is you still breathing. That's make me happy already. That's why, I'm sorry. I need to go" She let go of Gunwoo and make her way towards the exit.
"Hyo Jin... is Soo Hyuk back already?" he asked and Hyo Jin abruptly stopped her steps.
"No" she spat and then leave the rooftop for her next class.
