Homecoming is in a few weeks and I'm really scared. Like I couldn't even focus in history class and that's my favorite subject.
"So I picked out this dress and its like gold, well not actually gold but you know" Lars said as she rambled about her dress.
"That's pretty" i said as I picked at my half bitten sandwich.
"You okay" she asked concerned setting her iPhone down, "you've been zoned out through this whole week."
"I'm fine" i gave her a weak smile, but my stomach was actually doing flips. It got even worse when I seen Ryan walk through the door with his crew.
He walked past my table without giving me a wink and smirking.
"What was that?" Lars asked with her mouth open and smiling like a child on Christmas.
"Nothing" i mumbled and tried to hide the blush on my cheeks but failing miserably.
"Mhmmm" she said eating the rest of her sandwich and turning back to her original friends to talk.
I looked behind trying to act like I saw something but actually was looking at Ryan. Before i even looked at Ryan my eyes landed on another pair.

And he was looking between me and Ryan. Like he was trying to put a puzzle piece together, but when his eyes permanently landed on mine, he looked away.
Like I had some type of disease or something.
And it hurt.
"Come on get up" i heard Lars say as she started walking towards the door.
"I'll catch up with you later" i said not even looking at her, at first i could feel her staring at me. Soon I heard her footsteps drown with the others.
"You okay?"
"Yeah I'm fine" i say picking up my tray and tossing it to the bin. When I looked up i expected to see a teacher but instead it was Ryan.
He grabbed my face and moved his thumb over my check. When he removes it i saw the reflection of the light.
"You were crying" he almost said as if it pained him.
"I was? " i asked confused i touched my cheeks and felt the wetness.
I was crying..
"Sorry" i say turning to walk away when I felt him hold my shoulders.
"Never apologize for your feelings" he said it with so much emotion it almost made me wanna cry.
I looked at his face and saw how beautiful he actually was. Yeah he was taller than me but shorter than most guys, he didn't have a sharp jawline, but you could tell he had a jawline.
His nose was crooked and he had somewhat straight teeth.
I stared at him a little longer, and we i felt him shake me alittle bit i blushed.
"Take a picture it'll last longer" he smiled and threw his arms over my shoulder.
"i didn't bring my phone" i say pulling my bag with me and exiting out the cafeteria together.
He laughed and told me how funny i was, we walked together with his arm over my shoulder. With me blushing like a mad dog.
"Lady's first" he said opening the door to science.
"Thank you" i smile and enter into the science room.
As soon as my happiness came it was gone in a blink of a eye, right in front of me were Henry and Lily with there gang talking.
He had his arm over her shoulder, while she slapped his chest everytime he said something funny. They would share quick kisses, and I would hear Lily's friends groan know how they were a cute couple.
I forgot Ryan was there because when I felt a had on my back i jumped three feet.
"You sure you're okay? " he asked again
"I'm fine" i said smiling at him and walking to our seats.
Lucky for me he was right next to me, but the worst part was that we had Henry and Lily in front of us.
"Totally" i hear Lily say as she looks at me she smiles and waves at us.
"How is it going? " she ask leaning in to talk to me, "You okay? "
"Yeah why? " i asked confused and unsure of what she was talking about.
"I heard about you know" she said making a facial expression.
I raised my eyebrows and looked at her, "I'm sorry, but I don't know what youre talking about."
She put her hands together and moved them from side to side.
My face went immediately blank, the work stopped and everything seemed to freeze. It was like I was in slow motion and no one even noticed it.
I didn't even hear Ryan calling my name because the next thing i now i go blank. And the only thing i see is darkness.
It consumed me...
