Bad Card

Chapter Two

(Alex up top)
At about seven pm Leo walked along the trail in the academy's forest, walk on about five kilometres and he would reach town. Suddenly, he saw a young male and female talking and walking along, he saw them around his school. Leo was way to shy to speak first though, so they hoped he noticed him, he wanted to make some new friends.
"Awe, who's this?" The girl giggled as she saw Leo.
The girl had short purple hair, a pink hat, many bronze piercings, and was wearing a short black dress.
"Leo..." Leo squeaked shyly and looked at his feet.
The boy watched him in interest and the girl pulled him into a hug,
"Ohmaigawdyouresocute!" The girl said extremely fast, "I'm Charlie and this loser is Alex" she smiled.
Leo looked at her surprised, she was really hyperactive despite her looks, wait, nope, Leo thought she looked hyper aswell.
"Hi" Alex said.
Leo caught Alex's gaze for just a moment, seeing a sparkle of affection, Leo's eyes widened the slightest bit, but this caused Charlie to think she was squeezing him.
"Opps, sorry Leo, um, do you want to come to the movies with us? Please?!" Charlie said and jumped around.
"Hehe, um sure," Leo giggled softly, he had a little, anime like giggle that brightened everybody's mood around him.
"ADORABLE!" Charlie hugged him again.
Leo looked up at his captor and whined in discomfort, Charlie ignored him and dragged him along to the movies.
"I have feet!" Leo said.
"So you do." Charlie replied
"I can walk!" Leo groaned.
Alex walked behind them and hid and amused smile as he watched his friend drag Leo along.

When they got to the theatre, Leo went to use the washroom, while he did, Charlie and Alex talked.
"I say the look you gave him." Charlie smirked.
Alex's face instantly reddened with a deep blush,
"What look?" He said, trying to be innocent.
"You like him! You don't even know him yet you big lug!" Charlie said.
At that moment, Leo walked back out, rubbing hand sanitizer on his bony little hands.
"Um, come on, we can get good seats if we hurry." Alex said and went to  theatre room 7.
"FYI, he means the back row" Charlie said.
Leo nodded and walked with Charlie, following the direction that Alex ran in.
They walked in and saw Alex at the top row, Leo plopped right down beside him, but didn't see the blush that was plastered upon Alex's face at this point. Charlie smirked softly,
"I need to go to the washroom" she lied and walked out of the theatre room.
Alex was going to punch her later for that, he looked at Leo, who was staring at the screen cutely, his sharp but button nose pointed at the screen and eyes focused.
Suddenly, Alex got a text.
'Go for it Alex!' Charlie had texted him.
'What the fuck do i do genius?!' Alex replied via text.
'You know, the old stretch and wrap your arm around thing! Idiot!'
'WHAT! No fucking way!'
'Oh well, might as well give up forever then, or try something smaller, like hug him when he's scared, or gently take his hand!' Charlie replied.
'Fine!' Alex sent and shut off his phone.
He looked at Leo nervously, he sighed then stretched, wrapping an arm softly around Leo's narrow little shoulders. This caused Leo to tense up right away, he wasn't used to being touched, unless it was a hug. Alex didn't meet Leo's confused gaze.

After the movie, Leo walked out, strangely close to Charlie, whom had returned halfway through. All this happened, while Alex watched from behind.
