THE NEW OTGW COMC IS REALLY GOOD
It takes place between episodes 3 and 4 (Schooltown Follies + Songs of the Dark Lantern). There were originally going to be 18 episodes (I think, I know Pat had story ideas for roughly 3 seasons) but 18 was apparently to weird a number for a miniseries, so they took it down to 10 and shortened four of those would-be episodes into comics! There's three more coming, plus a DVD of the series with special features galore (soundtrack ! behind the scenes! etc !) is coming around September 8th and you can preorder it on amazon, etc. ANNND AN ACTUAL "FOR SARA" CASSETTE TAPE FEATURING 20 MINUTES OF POETRY AND CLARINET PERFORMED BY WIRT (Elijah Wood) WILL BE AVAILABLE TO BUY SOON(ISH) !!!! The release date will be announced on Patrick Mchale's tumblr at a later date (it's @oldsidlinghill ). It will be sold on Mondotees.com.
