Kagami the Babysitter!

1 year later...

Kuroko had been living with Kagami about a year now and was growing up as a healthy baby. This firat few weeks was pure torture for Kagami-doctor check-ups, buying baby food and other needs, etc. The adoption papers were also a total pain in the ass. Baby drool was another concern for a long time. But Kagami didn't want to put Kuroko in the orphanage because he didn't trust it.

Kagami made his closet Kuroko's room. It was fairly large and fit a cradle, closet, and a large amount of diapers. The parents of the kids he was baby-sitting helped Kagami alot by sending him loads of powdered milk, clothing, diapers, and advice.

Kagami growls in frustration as the little teal-haired angel refuses to eat the baby food. He places the food on the table and sighs in defeat. "Kurokoooooo~~ Please eaaaaat...Onegai." Kagami pleads, but Kuroko refuses to eat the baby food.

Kagami sighs. "Look, it's not that bad, look, I'll eat it for you." And with that, he takes a bite of the vitamin-enriched banana baby food.

He immedietly gags and spits it out and chugs down a whole bottle of water. As he tries to get rid of the horrible taste, Kuroko squeals with delight and smiles cutely with all of the sauce on his mouth.

Kagami, succeding in ridding his tounge of the taste, apologized to Kuroko for feeding him such revolting food and promised to get him better food.

He walked into the kitchen and wonders what to make. Kuroko only drank the powdered milk Kagami gave him but nothing else. Well, other than soft fruits but today he didn't have any fruits except for a browning banana.

Kagami decides to make a 'meal' in which he could encorporate the powdered milk. "Milkshakes, egg soufflè...argh I'm having a chef's block!" He complains in his head as Kuroko draws squiggly lines with the baby food on his table.

"Oh well, vanilla milkshakes it is. That's what's hot where I work anyway." Kagami mutters and sets to work.

Kagami pours some of the milkshake into a cup and places a blue straw in it. Giving it to Kuroko, he hopes that it will not taste bad for he put in powdered milk instead of cow milk which took away some of the thickness.

Kuroko inspected the drink. It smelled different from usual, not that he was complaining, so he took a sip and tasted it. A wonderful taste exploded in his mouth and he he squealed in delight.

It was so good! Kuroko drank the milkshake so fast he choked on it for a few seconds.

Kagami laughed and said,"You like it? Its a vanilla milkshake!"

Kuroko's rosy cheeks flushed with happiness as he squealed,"Bannilla Millsha!"

Kagami laughed again as Kuroko happily sipped away at his new favorite edible thing-the bannilla millsha.

Kagami soon came to realization that the second word that Kuroko said was 'Bannilla Millsha' and started freaking out and writing it in a "Parent's diary" journal. The first word Kuroko said was 'Oto-tan'.

Today was a Monday morning and Kagami had to go to college. Kagami put a now sleepy Kuroko on his stomach and strapped him on.

Then he put his backpack on and carried a small baby bag. It had three diapers, a change of clothing, baby wipes, milk formula, and a bottle.

He sighed and left his house with Kuroko. Kagami would have to talk with all the girls again.

After getting off at the bus stop and walking into his classes, he saw ALL eyes being trained on him. Literally. The teacher stopped handing out cooking instructions, the students stopped halfway through getting the ingredients- it was totaly weird.

Kagami groaned and went to the back of the room, where he had an entire counter to himself and a special chair to put Kuroko in.

He sighed again when a girl winked at him.

Kagami quickly chopped the vegetables and started boiling them in a small amount of water. Glancing at the instruction sheet, he pouring in sauce after sauce into a bowl. He poured the mixture onto a pan with a half-done chunk of A-5 beef on it and placed it back in the oven. He then scooped out the noodles he had previously put to boil and drained them.

The other students stared at Kagami. His hands were moving in perfect sync and making perfect cuts. The teacher was also at first suprised, but was even more suprised when he was able to handle a baby while cooking.

Kuroko woke up with the sound of food frying. His sleepy eyes glanced towards the sound and his sleepiness immediatly flew away.

Kagami was cooking! He loved the smell of food cooking and couldn't wait for him to grow teeth and be able to eat meat. Kuroko's eyes shine brightly as he stares at the food transform.

Kagami was deep-frying some shrimp and fish. The oven dings and Kagami pauses from frying and opens the oven. The meat thermometer says that the meat is at a perfect tempuature so he takes the meat out and starts to braise it. Braising is an act of pouring the access juice from the seasonings and meat in the pan onto the meat so that the flavor gets enhanced.

His quickly finishes braising the meat and turns off the fryer. He dumps out the shrimp and fish and drain them. He starts to make a nut and vegatable sauce that turned out to be a brownish caramel color. He slices the meat into five slices and places them on a plate. Then he puts two fush and two shrimp neatly on the plate before drizzling some sauce over it. Making a final touch, he places some scilantro and an edible pink flower on the meat. "Touché" Kagami smirks.

Kagami lets out a breath and smiles at his accomplishment. Three plates for the two teachers and one for himself.

As he washes his face and hands, he hears a loud clatter and a bunch of gasps. Quickly wiping his face, he looks over to the source of the sound- Kuroko was on the floor shoving pieces of food into his mouth.

Kagami's face pales and he quickly grabs Kagami and wipes his face nd cleans up the mess.

"OhmygodKurokowhatdidyoudo! I only have two plates now! Tch-ARGH!" He exclaims as the class giggles at Kagami.

Kagami anime cries as he thinks about giving his meal away to the teacher. He had tweaked it so that it matched his taste buds, but it didn't follow the instructions to the manual.

Kagami kept making excuses on having to take care of Kuroko over and over again until he was the only one that had not presented his food to his teachers.

But the teachers were not having it. They Wanted His Food. Kagami grudgingly placed the plates in front of his teachers. "Enjoy, sensei. "

The teacher who had recieved the normal one meal smiled happily at the perfection while the other's eyes bulged out as he shoved food into his mouth. "U-umai! This is so delicious-did you change the recipe?!" He said as he stuffed his mouth. Kagami sheepishly grinned but was startled when the teacher exclaimed,"We are changing the recipe this instant! Kagami, come with me and tell me EVERYTHING so how much do you want?!"

Kagami pokes Kuroko in the forehead before carring him out and following the teacher.

"This does not mean that I am thanking you!" Kagami growls.

Kuroko simply tugs at Kagami's hair and giggles.
