Elly and Ally

Elly's POV

(Older sister-11 Younger sister-10)

"Are you ready?" I asked my sister.

"I'm scared, Sis." Ally looked at me worried.

Her maroon hair was loose and wavy. Her black eyes stared at me.

"It'll be okay, Ally." I tried to reasure her.

We pressed our hands on the circle before us as the Northern wind blew. The yellow light began to swirl around us. I smiled at the thought it was working. The light turned purple and black lightning struck the ground. Before I knew it, the gate was there in front of us. I watched the little black hands reach for us, eager to take something. I heard Ally scream. I looked over to her and saw the black hands taking her arm. At least I thought it was just her arm. Itried moving towards her but the hands were taking my left leg. Ally was now half way into the gate.

"Elizabeth!" She yelled desprate to live.

"Allison!" I yelled reaching for her.

I almost had her when she completely disappeared. The light had burnt out but it left a thick smoke. I used my knowledge from Truth to put Ally's soul into a suit of armor that sat in the corner of our uncle's study. This time it took my right arm.

Ally's POV

I woke up and saw I was still in our uncle's study which also the place we tried to bring our cat, Mintsy, back to life. I couldn't feel my body on the ground though, and when I moved my joints kinked. I then realized my soul was in a suit of armor.

"Huh? Elly? W-Where are you?" I asked.

"Ally?" Are you okay?" She asked me.

She sounded like she was panting. I looked at her and she was clutching her shoulder except her arm was gone. I oicked her up and ran out the door of our house. I ran and ran until I got to Mike's house. I hit the door as hard as I could over and over.

"I'm coming! Calm down!" I heard Mike yell.

He opened the door and his expression was shocked and scared at the same time.

"Elizabeth? What happened?" He asked still a little scared.

"I'll tell you later. You have to help her or she'll bleed to death." I cried.

"Ally? Come in." He stepped aside for me to enter.

We set Elly down on a bed and fixed her up. Luckily Mike was the town docter and an automail technician. By morning, we had stopped the bleeding.

"Elly, are you awake?" I asked.

"Yeah. I think so."She replied.

I let out a sigh of relief. Mike came in the room and gave Elly her lunch. Mike's dog, Kooter, came in and started licking Elly's hand. She didn't seem to recognize me. I was a little sad becouse she is the best pet in the world other than Mintsy. We changed Elly's bandages after she ate. I sat there and tried to play with Kooter but she still didn't remember.

"Mike, can you make me automail?" Elly asked boldly.

"What? Why do you want that?" He asked.

"I'm going to become a stae alchemist and find the Philosopher's Stone so I can get Ally's body back." She explained.

"Your arm and leg too, sis." I said.

"I only make northern  automail but I can send you to my business partner, Winry Rockbell." He suggested.

Elly nodded. I helped her get dressed and then into a wheelchair. Mike went to get our train tickets.
