Chspter 26: David Afton gets chosen by the Ascendents

March 12th 1983/2483
David was awoken seeing a bright light and suddenly flashing orange lights and a strange droning sound, he blacked out. He woke up in a futuristic realm with bright lights, white walls and light blue trim. The floor was white cold tile. It was freezing cold in the room. His caretaker Brianna was there.

Strangely Brianna wasn't affected by the cold. He was brought to a room, where there was a meeting going on. "Is this the chosen one Brie?" A woman asked, as David heard Brianna say "Yes mother"

He saw on the left side was 4 people; a red-skinned female demon with straight black hair and yellow eyes, a blonde woman with short blonde hair and green eyes.
Then next to that woman was another woman with a curly blonde bob, huge green eyes, and face full of makeup.

"Thats Lucy, the red one, Brenda, and then thats Lisa, the one with bug eyes." Brianna explained to David, then she pointed to the ones in front, which the taller beast looked grumpy. "That's Logan, and his dad, and Logans slave, Aaron, and next ti Boreas is my mother, who's also the boss." She explained, pointing at a tall white entity.

On the right side was a red-haired woman, and lanky tall grayish man, and a red skinned demon that had several scars on it.

"Thats's Lucy's family over there, Aurora the mother, Osmond the father, and Jaxon her brother." Brianna explained, and then Boreas spoke "Your family has been chosen by the Ascendents, for how smart you are." Obviously you'll need training to be like your dad since your still a yougin, but I think you'll be smarter than your father"

"Why me? Why not my brother? Who are you people?!" David asked, as Logan shook his head "Like I said, we are the Ascendants. We have all ascended to a higher, better, life form!" Logan exclaimed then said "You'll be ascended too! Your brother has too many problems that we need to fix. Like he's quick to snap, angry, like how he calls you a crybaby a lot and bullies you." Logan sighed, and when he stood up, David saw how tall this beast really was, it had to be at least 10 feet taller than Nightmare, that black robotic bear.

Logan walked over and marked him with a blue star symbol behind his ear with a laser that strangely didn't hurt and told Brianne to send him home.

When he awoke at home, the mark was still there. David was confused why his family were chosen by these aliens that called themselves "The Ascendents."

After leaving his room, it was like he could see his family all had the same glowing blue mark. "Morning Dave" His dad greeted, patting him on the head, "morning" David muttered, scratching his head.
