~*Ciel's POV*~

I let out a sigh and put my head in my hand, "So much damn paper work." I roll my eyes and hear a knock on my door. "Come in." I lift my head and pretend to still be working.

"Your carriage is ready, young master" Sebastian opens the door and stands waiting for me to get up.

I let out another sigh, "Very well." I reply and put all my papers neatly into my desk drawer and stand up going downstairs and put on my jacket, with Sebastian's help that is, and turn towards Mey-Rin, Finni, and Bardroy "I expect the lot of you to not completely ruin the manor while I am gone understand?" I look at them sternly and see that Sebastian is doing the same.

They all stand to attention and sweat drop "Y-yes! We will do our best!"

I nod and turn and walk out the door and hop into the carriage and as it starts to move I look out the small window and think about my family, what it might've been like if they were here right now. Mother and father would probably be smiling and chatting about their days, (y/n) would probably be-

"Young master, are you alright?" I snap out of my day dream and look up into Sebastian's crimson eyes that seem to be examining me thoroughly keeping a straight face.

I scowl and look out the window again, "I'm fine as always, what do you mean." I hear a huff come from Sebastian and I glare at him "And what was that for?!"

Sebastian gives a smirk, "I think we both know how you feel about this day. You don't have to be so bottled up with your emotions my lord"

"Shut up. What would you know," I glare daggers at him and look down, "it's not like you know what feelings are like. Stupid demon." I mumble fully aware that Sebastian can hear, he is a demon after all.

"You're right, what would I know about silly emotions." He replies, now taking his turn to look out the window as the carriage comes to a halt and he opens the door helping me out.

"Stay here." I say as I start to walk to my family's gravestones, "don't need the like of you to taint their burial grounds." I reach their headstones and sigh putting fresh flowers on top of all three graves. I take a deep breath in and think to myself "Has it really been five years? It feels like a millennium to me." I kneel down in front of the headstones, close my eyes and reminisce all the good times we had before everything went up in flames. Literally. I open my eyes again and taste a salty droplet of water on my lips. I growl at myself, "Pathetic. It's been five years you idiot, no need to cry now." I harshly wipe the tears from my face and stand up and hold my head up high. I walk over to the carriage again and hop back in and take a nap.

~*Your POV*~

"Haaaaappy birrrrthdaaaaay tooooo yooooooou!" We all smile and usher Neil to blow out his candles. "What'd you wish for son?" Mr. Smith inquires.

"I can't tell you! It's supposed to be a secret or else it won't come true!" Neil retorts at his father smiling

"Sorry, sorry!" He says raising his hands in defense while Mrs. Smith smiles and puts an arm around her husband's waist and stands on her tip toes to give him a peck on the cheek before leaning on his chest. He just smiles back and kisses her forehead before plucking out the candles from the birthday cake and placing them on a napkin while Mrs. Smith cuts four slices of cake and hands them to the each of us.

"To my little boy's fourth birthday and to (y/n)'s safe departure and her time here, we'll miss her dearly." she smiles sadly and I smile back mouthing a thank you as we all dig into our slices of cake and then get ready for bed.

I am about to enter my bedroom until I hear what sounds like Mrs. Smith on the phone, I disregard it and open my door but then hear my name and become curious. "Yes she is coming in the next few days, she leaves tomorrow morning" I look at the wall puzzled, "Yes, oh. Well thank you so much Mr....um sorry I never got your name." my eyes widen and realize she might be talking to a relative "Sebastian Michaelis? Ah! Okay, thank you Mr. Michaelis, now remember, not a word of this to the Earl, (y/n) doesn't even know he's going to actually be there. I think it would be best if they were both surprised" Wait who? What? Who is this Sebastian guy? "Yes, goodnight Sebastian." I hear as the phone is put down and I scurry into my bed room and hop into bed and go to bed before she catches me.

*TIME SKIP ABOUT A WEEK WHERE YOU FINALLY MAKE IT TO ENGLAND*

I finally reached dry land, boy how I hate ships. They don't ever feel stable; so dry land was like heaven to you at the moment. (Sorry if you happen to like boats Reader-chan, I'm just not the biggest fan sorry) I smile and get a carriage to my old estate not knowing what to expect, a bunch of long burnt rubble I guess. I still go anyways, that's what Mrs. Smith told me to do anyways. My plan was going to be going down to the warehouse and ask who their boss is and where I could find them, but when Mrs. Smith told me to visit my old manor I couldn't reject. I haven't seen it for five years anyways it would be a good thing to see now that I've grown up and have come to terms with my past it would help I guess.

The carriage suddenly comes to halt and the driver comes to the door to let me out and I hand him a few pounds and hop out and am instantly shocked at the sight before me. My manor. Restored. And what's more? I hear sounds coming from it. "W-what?!" I say flustered as I take a step forward and rub my eyes. Nothing changes. "This can't be!" I speed walk to the door and see the same exact knocker on the door. I don't know how to feel.

Suddenly the door opens, "Hello? May I help you miss?"
