Today was a scary day for me I had a utter meltdown😭. I think your all wondering what happened. I was walking home from school by my front door and there was this note on it read hi charity its zoella hear I thought I would say that I think we need to talk I read your blog post and I know what your going through and at times like this you need a friend I spoke to your dad and he said that you can come a stay with me for a little wile until you know who to deal with your panic attacks. Meet me at 23 Brighton road in Brighton. O I forgot to say pack your things that you need you will be staying with me for a year so bring a lot of stuff ZOELLA xx. At first I thought it was a prank but a asked dad and he said to go,so I packed my things and I headed for the train station! On the train I felt weird, unusual without dad I dint know what to do it was a 35 minute journey from London to Brighton, I had a panic attack when I was off the train I walked to Zoe's house and knocked on the door she answered And as soon I was in I had another one Zoe knew what was happening at told me what to do she said " take all the pressure off you and put it on them, breath in and breath out, now think about the sea" after that I said hello and apologised as soon a I said it Alfie walked in and said " hey how you doing " Zoe said "she got anxiety and just finished having a panic attack as she step in so keep calm Alfie ". She said she had a video so I could go and unpack then do what ever I wanted until she finished,so I went upstairs and unpacked stuff like : my iPhone my laptop and pjs then I sat on the bed and I'm listening to my music in head phones and I'm writing this blog post sorry it's a long one. 💗💗 Bye xxx
