A/N: So, I don't even know where to start. Firstly, I'm really, really, really super sorry that I haven't updated in like, forever. You guys probably hate me right now. Heck, I even hate me right now. So I home this pretty long chapter makes up for it.
Again, I'm really sorry.
Anyway, let's get on with the story!!

Dylan's POV
Leo and I tried out for the play even though Adam, Bree, and Chase strongly opposed to it. I ended up getting the part of Bree and Leo got the part of, strangely enough, Leo. He didn't want to play the part of himself, so he told Perry that he would be on tech crew instead.
~The next day~
Today is our first official play practice. And I was really excited. Leo and I walked into the gym/cafeteria/auditorium talking about my bionics. The stage was already set up and there were chairs in rows facing the stage. We sat in the middle of the row and kept talking about bionics.
"Why won't you tell the guys?" Leo kept asking me this question.
"Because the less amount of people that know, the less likely of a chance that it gets back to my dad that I'm alive." I keep answering the same thing when he asks me that question.
"Why?" This was new. He usually stopped pressing me after the previous question. "Marcus is dead. You and your dad could have each other and only each other now."
"Because he has Adam, Bree, and Chase now. That's all he ever wanted." I shifted in my seat. "Not me or even my brother." I turned to face the stage. Leo just stayed silent because he knew I was right.
"Yeah, but don't you think that they have a right to know? I mean, they are your family. You told me and I'm nor related to you." Leo said. I mean yes, he does have a point, but I still think that Adam, Bree, and Chase knowing that I exist is a bad thing.
"You know what Leo, I-" I was cut off by Principal Perry walking in.
"Alright, welcome to our first play practice. We finally found out the name of our play. It's called 'Being Superhuman'." Perry started to say.
"Could they pick a more obvious name for this play?" I ask Leo. He just shrugs his shoulders in response.
"I also have a surprise for all of you." Principal Perry paused for dramatic effect. "Adam, Bree, and Chase will be assisting you with your acting to give a more authentic presentation."
Leo and I looked at each other with wide eyes. Then the gym doors open and Adam, Bree, and Chase walked in. They sat down next to us and we just looked at them skeptically.
"I thought you said you weren't gonna have anything to do with this?" Leo recalled. I looked at them for an answer.
"Oh, I still think that this is a waste of our time." Bree started.
"But Perry told us that if we didn't help her out with the play, she would give us detention days." Adam finished. That makes sense.
"So, how are you going to run this today?" Perry asked the bionic team.
"Tech crew can start working on the set, and let's take all the extras out into the hall to work on being quiet and acting natural. The people who play us can stay in here and run lines with each other."
"Um, we don't have the scripts yet." One of the actors, the one who is playing Chase, brought up.
"Good point." Principal Perry responded. "Fast feet, got get them. They're sitting on my desk in my office." Bree just rolled her eyes and sped out. She was back in a few seconds carrying a huge stack of papers.
