New Species

I was running full speed ahead. I was racing against Sydney. Yes. The newest Animorph. I was used to this. She wasn't. I knew every sudden drop and every turn I had to do for a short cut. I made a turn right. If I hit east I would find I trail I made myself that lead back to the barn. The trail! Yes! I could hear Sydney behind me. I continued running. I forced my paws to hit the ground softer and to enter a faster sprint. No one beats Wolf-Girl I thought to myself. I continued to run. Two seconds later I'm tangled up with Cassie. Sydney said <Woah. What happened?> She began to demorph. Cassie said "Jade, I told you to not hit high speeds. Especially high speeds like those. Lucky for you, I wasn't running because that would have hurt both of us." Sydney laughed. <Oh shut up!> I said playfully. A red-tailed hawk was flying above. A bald eagle was flying close by too. I'm too smart to think the eagle's going to kill the red-tailed hawk. That's Tobias and Rachel! Wait! I forgot the introduction!

Hi, my name is Jade. I can't tell you my last name or where I live. Well, I live in Cassie's Barn so, I CAN tell you where I live. But, not where in this world. Not in what country or state or forest or county or school (Me no go to school.). Blah blah blah. I hate that. I'll invent a new introduction!

Hey. I'm Blizzard. Yeah. Me a dog. If you don't like it turn around. Yeah. Me no care! I can't tell you where I am. Wait. Save that for next book. Where was I? Oh yeah. I said <Me sowwee Cassie I was racing! And look! The world's best couple is here!> <Jade! Do you want me to go down there?!> Rachel yelled. <Yeah!> I challenged. She came down and demorphed. Rachel said "Come on and fight like a... Uh... Wolf?" I tackled her down and tugged on her hair. I'm so playfully. She shoved me off. I growled playfully and said <You can't defeat Wolf-Girl!> "Yeah yeah. Jake's over by your old place." <You mean my old home? Yeah. It's called 'The Place Where My Dreams Were Real' by the way.> "Yeah yeah. We need some kind of testament signed by you so we can take your stuff." Rachel said. Cassie said "Why?" Sydney said "Are you going to get all her stuff?" "No. We want to know if we can move it all to the room above the barn." Rachel said. Cassie said "No one ever goes up there so that not a problem. So, yeah." My own room? My list of songs? And my list of quotes? My list of old sayings? No way! Who ever made this happen thanks! [You are very welcome...] Thanks! Anyways. I demorphed and signed a paper. We headed towards my old house. We took my stuff and headed back to the barn. We climbed up the barn. And placed everything in there. They let go of me and... Well I slept and hunted ect.

Jake said "Some people were talking about us morphing. But, they were kept in. Just three kids were talking about that... Jade..." Everyone looked at me. <Ok. So when ever something happens its always my fault. Ok. So, Erika us killing people. So what? I made that tornado?> "It's a hurricane..." Cassie said. Tobias was up on the rafters. And everyone was still waiting for me to confess that I morphed in front of them Sydney said "She's not looking down. I think she didn't do it." <Finally! Someone believes I didn't do it! Everything is my fault.> "Wow. So, if she didn't do it... 'Someone' else did." Marco said. Everyone except me looked at Sydney. I said <No. We've been racing each other non-stop. If she would have I would have known.> "So... Maybe you are covering her!" Marco said. "Maybe someone just was walking around and saw them." Cassie said. "Or. Someone else was there with Luke and David..." Rachel said. We all went silent and thought. Tobias said <Someone's coming!> A girl came and said "Yeah. It's them." Two other kids came. A boy and another girl. <Great.> I told Rachel, and Jake and Cassie and Ax and Marco and Tobias and Sydney in private thought speech. "Y'all must be the Andalite Bandits..." The first girl said. I heard a 'Huh?' from everyone. I just barked and jumped back. Tobias flapped his wings. "Yep. These are them..." The boy says. "Are you sure? These seem like humans to me." The second girl says. "Morphs?" The first girl says "Hand yourselves over and Visser will decrease your punishment." We all laughed. Visser? Decreasing our punishment? I'll keep dreaming... I thought to myself. "You ok? Are you on drugs?" Marco said. They all laughed. The kids didn't though.

Are they taking us as a joke?! I was so mad. I yelled "You take us as a joke?! You know who we are. We know who you are! We aren't a joke!" The Andalite Bandits laughed once again. The Andalite Bandit in wolf morph sniffed my foot. Awwww! Doggy! My host said. Shut up! I yelled at my host. She began to fight. "N-no. R-run! L-l-leave!" My host yelled. No! I yelled at Hailey (Hailey is my host). Huh? Why are you scared? She said. Shut up! Do you want us to go through another punishment?! I yelled at her. No... She awnsered. "Listen. Don't make this hard. Hand yourselves over." I offered. "Listen weirdo. We don't know what in the world you are talking about. Or should I say 'what in the universe'?" The short boy said. He's kinda cute...
Hailey said. What?! You want to be with THAT Andalite Bandit?!
Yeah. Why not?
Because he is an Andalite Bandit!
So?
You foolish human! Do you want to be the test subject for the Sherons?!

Author's Note: Hi. I'm Fandalite. I feel ridiculous. Ok. Now. (I still feel ridiculous.) Sherons are a new species I made up. *opens Art Binder and finds a sketch of a Sheron* Here. (It's the picture in the Photo Slot Thingy) Sherons are cousins from the Hork-Barjir. They can fly. Yes. They can fly. Their tails are powerful. Stronger than a Crocodile's actually. Their blades are poisonous. Wolves can't be affected by this poison. *gives Jade a high five* Ok. And... What else? Oh. They are basically indestructible. Oh. And the last known Sherons were Chris and Jazzy. Their DNA was kept in The Cylinder. It's this blue and red Cylinder that has their DNA. Blah blah. Yeah. Next. Then there's- Huh? What? Oh. Jade said 'No! Shut up! Keep it a surprise! I don't want to know what it is!' Yeah. Ok. Back to Jade!

She froze staring at me. All of the others (including the other two kids) were staring at her. "..." Was all that was heard. <This is awkward.> I said to Marco and Tobias. Tobias said it to Rachel and Jake and Cassie and Ax. "Foolish human..." The first girl said. What the poop? I thought to myself. "Listen! Hand yourselves over!" She yelled. Marco said "You know... You are very cute... Want to go out with me sometime?" "She wouldn't date you even if you were the last chicke- I mean boy on earth." Jake said. Everyone laughed. I just barked and started tugging on the first girl's jeans. She kicked me. I whimpered. Cassie said "Dont do that. It's just a dog. What did it do to you? Blizzard just wanted to play." Cassie pat my head and said "Dont worry... Me and Jake and Rachel and Marco won't let anything happen to you.." Rachel said "Why don't you mess with someone your own size?!" She was mad. "Huh?" The first girl said. She hurt my paw... Jake said "Why did you hit OUR pet?!" Jake was also infuriated. [Epic... Big word!] Dang. I didn't know they were actors... Epic! "No... Sorry... We must have mistaken you..." The second girl said. "Yeah! You hit OUR pet!!!!" Marco yelled. They slowly backed up. Then, smoke filled the air. Everyone said "What the heck! What is this?! Ahhh!!" Then, everyone went silent... Everything started spinning around me. I whimpered one last time and then, everything went black.

What is going on? Where am I? Where's Chris? Where's MY Chris?! I thought to myself. "Where am I? Chris?" I asked the darkness. Chris's voice responded "Jazz? Where are you? Where are we? Jazzy... I know I'm supposed to 've the male and the brave strong one but... I feel fear..." "So do I..." I said. I felt Chris's 'arms' wrap around me. I traced the blades on his 'arms'. Our tails twisted together. Light. <Ahh... Isn't it Jazzy and Chris... Welcome... I'm Visser Three. Leader of the Yeerk invasion on Earth.> 'Visser Three' said. This must be a joke my sister always plays on me. "Okay. Sister Almy stop playing this joke. Visser Three isn't something to joke about." I said. Chris said "I don't think this is your sister..." <You are right. I'm not something to joke about. And your also right that I'm not your sister.> the thought-speech said. "Oh no. What now?" I asked. Intense light appeared. The temperature started getting extremely cold... Oh no. "No! Stop!"
