I couldn't believe what was happening was I really about to kiss Romeo... I then realized what was actually happening and I turned away. "I'm sorry Romeo, you're an amazing guy, but I just feel like I'm not ready for this just yet. Especially with everything that I have going on, I just need some time... I hope you understand." I said feeling kind of ashamed, because I didn't want him to think bad of me, because a minute ago I was talking to him about my ex and how hurt I was, and here I go almost kissing him back. "Hey don't worry about it, I guess I just got a little carried away, you're mesmerizing." He said with a smile.I couldn't help but blush and smile back nervously. "Listen I understand what you're going through, and I'm sorry if I made you feel uncomfortable, however I still want to work with you, so what do you say we go back to my place and we figure this whole music video thing out?" He asked. " Okay sure, and thanks again for understanding." I said while walking back to his car.
*At Romeo's house*
We went inside his huge mansion, and I was amazed by everything, it was humongous compared to my house. I wanted to take pictures, of how cool everything seemed but I didn't want to be a weirdo. I myself couldn't even believe what was happening because I was never chosen to be in a music video with an artist, it was always Diana or some other girls. The fact that it was one of my favorite artists made me happy too, and that Diana got rejected over me was even better, and don't even get me started on that almost kiss, so embarrassing but every girls fantasy lol. I mean come on now who wouldn't want to be kissed by the king of bachata.... I simply didn't want to because I didn't want him to think I was going to move on so fast, and besides I just met him, I like to challenge men, I'm not an easy target. "So what do you think?" He asked trying to break the silence. "It's amazing!" I said smiling back.
"Yeah?" He said smiling and looking at me. "Yeah it really is" I said smiling and reassuring him.
"Well let's go to the patio and discuss this, shall we?" He said while putting his hand on my shoulder signaling me to go to the patio. "Okay" I said, and his manager Johnny was outside already with some paperwork. "Hey Selangie you're finally here, is it okay if I call you Sel?" He asked. "Sure, go ahead" I replied. "So what do you think of the place?" He said while smiling. "It's amazing here" I said while looking around his patio. "Well I'm glad you like it" Romeo said while standing behind me. I smiled at him. "Okay so let's discuss this, have you heard the song Necio?" Johnny his manager asked me. "Of course I've heard it, I love it, Romeo and Santana are some of my favorite artists" I said. I saw Romeo smirking. "That's great, Well okay, so we already know how we want the video done, you're good at dancing right?" Johnny asked. "Of course I am, what did you have in mind?" I asked. "Well we wanted a sexy rumba/flamenco dance scene, with you wearing a red dress" Romeo said. "Oooohh I love the idea!" I said. "Great!" Romeo said. "I think we should get started on this tomorrow, are you free tomorrow?" Romeo asked. " I can do it at 10 am is that good?" I said. "Sure thing, we will go to the studio and practice with the choreographers, please bring some comfortable clothes and some heels" he said. "Ok sounds good!" I said. I ended up leaving his place. I was in a state of shock, I honestly couldn't believe what had just happened to me. And did Romeo Santos almost kiss me!!!! Omg!!! He did, I wasn't dreaming! Ahhhhh!!!!! I have to tell Eli, she's gonna flip.
I called my sister. "Hello?" She said as she was interrupted by my excitement "Eli! You will not believe what just happened!!!" I said. "Girl, tell me how did it go???" She said. "Well, at first I was pretty nervous because Diana had won, but turns out there was a huge misunderstanding and I got chosen to be in the music video so you can imagine how pissed off she was when she found out it wasn't her who won, and the fact that she lost to me, even better." I said. "OMG!!!!! Sel! Ahhh I'm so happy for you.... so who is this celebrity??" Eli asked. "You won't believe it, but it's Romeo Santos!!" I heard Eli scream on the other side of the phone. "OMG are you Forreal???????" She said. "Girl yes!!!! There's more to this story, I just lived a fantasy, I went to his huge mansion and we discussed the video and what I was gonna do, ohh and we went to the Beach and he almost kissed me" I said. "That's so cool!!! Wait, what did I just hear??? He almost kissed you!!!!! Seli! What??? explain right now!!!" She said. I told Elizabeth everything and she was flipping out she couldn't believe what she was hearing, and to be honest, neither could I. Was this really happening to me, or was I dreaming?
