I walked into the house of the mafia boss i was currently working for Alexander Valentino, he asked to acquire a piece of art work, which was simple enough, however not so.

When you and another thief show up at the same museum, on the same day, at the same time, to steal the same painting. I knew this thief, I had come across him before on a job i was working.

However he has the FBI closely on his tail and that is not what i needed right now. So I waited for him to steal the painting and fit his fake in place for the original, so I stole the original from him and gave him my fake, and all without him knowing.
'God I'm good!'

After I gave him the painting and he was satisfied that it was the real thing, he payed me my $5 million and we went our separate ways.
It was a clean snatch and grab.

Until I was walking down the street, from my apartment, to the coffee shop on the corner and felt like I was being followed.

I took a quick glance behind me and sure enough there was Neal Caffrey and his short associate. Who's name I do not yet have the pleasure of knowing.

I do know how harmless the both are though, so I continue to my destination, walk in and order three espresso's.

(I know caffeine overdose, but they're not all for me, one for me, one for Neal and one for the short man (who i am sure is wearing a wig))

I walk out the coffee shop and look around only to see them sitting at the fountain directly opposite, so I walk over with a big smile on my face.

I walked into the museum with the entire plan thought through, have Mozzie put the cameras on a loop so I don't have to dance my way around them and make this job any longer than it has to be.

I walked in, took the original painting off the wall, put my 100% accurate forgery in its place and left knowing that I did the job without any mistakes and got out clean.

However when I got back to the safe house to look at the painting. I quickly found that this in fact was a forgery, and not the same painting that was on the wall when I was in the museum.

Meaning that in the time before me leaving the museum and getting back someone had managed to switched the paintings without me knowing.

I made Mozzie go back through the camera footage from the time when I entered the museum and left, sure enough there she was stealing the painting right from under my nose...
Lilith James.

Thankfully i worked with her once before so I knew she had an apartment in New York. And now it was just a waiting game for her to leave in the morning.

At 7am me and Mozz pulled up outside her apartment building and waited. Then one hour later at 8am, she was walking down the street with us close behind.

I saw her look back and quickly glance over at me and Mozz, but she stayed calm and carried on walking to her destination. She entered the coffee shop around the corner.

"Let's go wait for her by the fountain across the road, maybe she won't see us and think we left." I explained to Mozzi as we exited the car.

But sadly, that was not the case. When she walked out the coffee shop with three coffee's in her hands and, a smirk on her face, walked straight over to us.
