*Hunter's POV*
599.4 miles from Graciela Sanchez. Nine hours away. I miss her...I miss her too much.
My roommate comes in. Sure he's handsome; with his brown shaggy hair and ice blue eyes."Hey Hunter! This is my best friend, Laura Parks."
She shyly smiles and gives a small wave. "Hi."
"Hey, I'm Hunter Hayes." I look the girl up and down, subtly. She's gorgeous. Absolutely beautiful. From her blonde hair down to her chest, her ocean blue eyes, her--
What are you doing Hunter? You are in love with Graciela Sanchez, why are you commenting to yourself this random girl's beautiful features.
"She wanted to meet you."
"I've been listening since you were little. I saw you on America's Most Talented Kids and on Maury and I knew I loved you. It's an honor."
Nashville didn't love me. "Really? Thanks. I tried for a recording contract about a year ago, but they rejected me."
"Awe, try again. I know they'll love you."
"Thanks." I realized the conversation was getting dry. "Well, I'm going to go call my friend--I mean girlfriend--see you later Laura. Nice meeting you."
"Nice meeting you too." She whispers as I rush out of the room, dialing Gracie's number into my LG NV3.
"Hey." The familiar voice of Gracie floods through the speaker. "How's your first day?"
"Alright. I miss you baby."
"I miss you too."
"How's U of T?"
"It's going good. I just miss you."
I sigh. "I love you."
"I love you too."
I love someone hundreds of miles away, and I can't be without her.
*Gracie's POV*
I pull the Polaroid out of my pocket. It's all bent and faded, but it reminds me of him. Other than that it's us, it just tells me that wow, I love this man. And he loves me. He persisted to get to know me, and he was glad when I opened up.
I just wish I told him everything.
