Gleam Team: Team Notebook

Introduction

Hello! My name is Amour, but you can call me what you see fit. As you may know, I am the owner of this little virtual notebook, and I am here to give you a tour of it. Pay attention, because most of what I'm about to say is crucial.

The next and considerably the most important chapter of this notebook will be the Member Application Forms. You must complete the form and turn it in to me through the comments or through Private Messaging before I allow you to become a member. This step is required, as it will allow me to become better acquainted with you, and know when you can be available for meetings or other events. Also, I can't have just any stranger writing in my book, now can I?
The three chapters beyond the Applications will be the three Chat Rooms, available to every member. I wrote in three different Rooms specifically because I don't want you members to have your conversations mixed up. That would be confusing! You can chat about any topic, but if I feel you are becoming too inappropriate or reckless, I will take you aside in Private Messaging to talk one-on-one.
NOTE: please refrain from talking with fellow members anywhere else than the Chat Rooms, to avoid disorganization. Thank you!
After the Chat Rooms you will see the Suggestion Box chapter. This chapter will be used for anyone to comment any complaints or ideas about the notebook, so feel free to write to your heart's content! I will try my best to take every suggestion into consideration and make it so every member is satisfied with the Notebook. I want everyone to have a good time, and I'll try my best to do so.
The final chapter of the notebook is the Meeting Table. This is where members will go to discuss certain situations. For example, if a suggestion I receive is affiliated with multiple topics or members, I will hold a meeting on Saturday to discuss it amongst all Gleamers. Please try your best to attend the meetings. They will be held on Saturdays only, for the majority of the day, so if you miss out one time I may still be on to run it over with you.
