"Good work, Platinum!" Her manager, Misty said, grinning. "I guess that's enough rehearsals for today. Well- I guess."

"Misty, something wrong?" Dawn asked, wiping her forehead with a towel. "Wh--"

"DAWN!! I've been asked out!" Misty wailed, slumping on the couch. "By Ketchum Corporation's--"

"ARCEUS! A whole corporation asked you out?!" Dawn exclaimed.

"Let me finish!" She crossed her arms over her chest. "By the son of the manager of that corporation."

"You mean Rudy?"

"What the fuck?! I meant Ash! That guy's one of his bodyguards!"

"Ehehe..." Dawn took off her beanie, chugging down the purified water. "Shouldn't you be happy?"

"Hell no, I'm not." Misty yelled. "Anyway, it's getting kind of late. Should I walk you home?"

"Nah." Dawn said, dismissively waving her hand. "I'll go myself."

"It's starting to rain." She inquired, looking up and stretching out her hand to feel the raindrops.

Dawn sighed again, in relief this time, the media press was finally gone after chasing her down 5th Avenue. They get points for dedication to their work, though.

Being a celebrity isn't easy.

She was standing on a waiting shed, without an umbrella, a few blocks from her apartment.

"Troublesome as always, are we?" The expressionless plum-haired guy mocked, holding a red umbrella with a Sket Dance logo on top. "You don't watch news at all."

"That-that's mine!!" Dawn screeched, lunging for him, completely forgetting the state of the weather.

Dawn felt she was acting childish, even if she was 21, she felt like a child half her own age.

"That thing's a limited edition umbrella!"

"I don't care."

"Ya think this is funny? Well, it's not!!" Dawn cried, taking her umbrella from him rashly. "Will you see stars when I bury you in the ground?!"

"Nice." He said. "Are you really that into such a sucky anime?"

"IT'S NOT SUCKY!!!"

By now, both of them were soaking wet, with Paul being more soaked.

"I'm surprised you didn't catch a cold, despite being overly pathetic." Paul said, drinking iced mocha on a cup.

"Shouldn't you drink hot mocha instead?" Dawn asked him.

"I don't really care about it. I hate hot drinks anyway." Paul answered.

Gee, you like drinks that match your personality, don't you? Dawn pouted childishly at his response and continued sipping her lemon tea.

"Why are you still here anyway?" Dawn asked, her frown deepening. "And in the first place, why the hell are you here?"

"You'll know." He said simply.

"Like that helps!"

He sighed at her persistence and put the cup back to the table. "Do you remember what you wished for that star?"

"No." Dawn replied. "Wait.. How did you--"

"I have my methods." The plum-haired guy cut her off, seconds later, he stood up. "I'll see you tomorrow."

"Wait!" Dawn tugged on the back of his hoodie. "Who are you?"

He hmphed and gripped the handle of the screen door tightly.

"Shinji. Paul Shinji."

And with that, he left.

I have a bunch of plans for this story, I might insert Penguinshipping, but of course, this is PURE IKARISHIP KAWAIINESS so I don't know.
