Ar'Laisha POV:
When I made it to the babysitter house my daughter was asleep but once I picked her up, she woke up and said "mommy where is daddy?"
Tbh I was really shocked because she never asked about him until this day.
Taking a deep breath "he's at work" I said
Leaving the babysitter house on our way home, pulling up to our home and making it into the house I said, "mommy have a date tommorow night"
"Yayyyy fun date" "we're gonna have fun" she said cheering
"No baby mommy have a date with a very nice man" I said laughing
"Ok goodnight I love you mommy I'm sorry" she said as she began to fall asleep
"You don't have to be sorry baby, goodnight and mommy loves you more" I said kissing her cheek
"Ok ma-ma" she said hugging me
I left the room and went into the bathroom starting the shower after I was done I lotioned myself from head to toe and climbed into my queen size bed saying my prayers and falling asleep.
The next morning I woke up so excited, I hopped up and made my way to the bathroom to do my morning routine. Once I was finished I cooked breakfast for me and my sugarplum, then I went woke her up to get her ready for a day with granny.
"Rise and shine my toot-poot" (shorthand nickname) I said
"Morning mommy I love you" she said
"Good morning baby, ready for a fun day with granny?" I said smiling
"Yes ma'am" she said yarning
Making our way to the kitchen, we both sat at the kitchen table said our grace and began chowing.
Finishing up, we both got dressed, I combed her hair then we headed towards the door.
Before dropping her off at my mom house, we went shopping for house materials and I bought her a couple of things.
By the time we we're done I dropped her off over my mom house and I had just enough time to go home and get dressed.
By the time I got finished getting dressed I made my way to Olive Garden.
Once I made it there I killed the engine and spotted him standing outside holding a rose in his hand.
"Hello beautiful, your looking stunning" he said smiling looking me up and down checking out this master piece of mine.
"Hi, you look nice yourself" I said blushing
Holding the door open for me he began to walk in after me
"Hi how are you, welcome to Olive Garden, seating for?" Said the waitress
"We're good, and two" he said before even giving me a chance to talk.
"Follow me, here is your table, call me when your ready to order" she said walking off.
"How have you been" Jayceoin said starting off the conversation.
"I've been good, just trying to be the best mother I can" I said scrolling through the menu.
"Oh thats good, have you find what you wanted?" He said
"Yes I did" I said
Calling the waitress back over
"Can I have a chief salad, with garlic bread sticks, and for desert can I have smothered baked chocolate chip cookie pie with extra cream." I said
"Yes ma'am, and drink?" She said
"Oh lemon tea" I said
"Ok and you sir" said the waitress
"I'll have what she is having with a sprite" he said smiling at me
"Ok be back with you in a minute" she said walking off
