"Oh Annie." The sound of his voice send shivers to my spine. I can't feel my body. I can't even move. I can see him looking for him in the peeky hole.

"You'll be sorry for running away from me little girl. Don't you wanna play with me?" Here I am, behind the vase. Trying to stay still. Trying not to make a sound. If I do, and he finds me, it will feel like accepting a ticket to your death.

I can hear footsteps. Running away from where I'm hiding. I let out a sigh of relief. Finally, he's gone.

I let myself out from the vase as quiet as I could. I didn't make even a tiny sound. I browse the place. Where am I? I thought.
Well the last thing I remember is I'm sleeping in my room. Then the next thing is I'm being chased by this man. I don't even know him but he scares me. He looked familiar but I don't know who the hell he is.

I jumped when I heard footsteps near me. I run. I run as fast as I could. But it seems like I'm not moving. The footsteps are getting nearer. I felt tears streaming down my face. Shit. I cussed.

"I know you're there somewhere Annie." His voice still makes me shiver and it gave me goosebumps. Still crying and still trynna run. He keeps humming my name. Annie. Annie. Annie. He's getting nearer and nearer and nearer. Until..

"Hello Annie." He whispered behind my ear. I turned around as fast as possible. But I didn't see anybody. Shivering and scared. I heard his laugh. He's infront of me.

Afraid, I slowly turned my head towards him. His face is the scariest face I've ever seen. Black filled eyes, teeth so sharp that it could rip my skin, and his voice became even scarier now.

"You think you could get away from me?" He asked. Toying his knife. I can't let out a voice. It made me paralyzed. I can't move.

"Aww, the little girl can't move. Why? Did I scare you? Well if you didn't run, I would've spare your life. But you ran so.. I'm gonna have to call the janitor to clean your blood later." He laughed evilly. I'm praying to God that someone here will save me. But I'm not hoping anymore. Damn it!

He put the knife to my face. Cheeks, down to my lips, down to my neck and to my chest. I've been waiting for so long to kill you. I heard him whisper. He let the knife fly. It cut me.

"AHH!" I cried out of pain. Now I'm cut. Later, I'll be dead. I turned to his direction. His laughing looking at me. Does this man have a heart?

"But now's not the right time to kill you." He smirked.

"You're a dream catcher." The way he said it made me scared the hole out of me. A dream catcher? I'm a dream catcher? What's that? And then he ran towards me. Getting nearer and nearer and...

"AHHHHHH!" I screamed. My eyes looking for someone. Looking to every corner of my room. He could still b-Wait what?! My room?

It took a while to figure out that it was just a dream. Though it felt too real. The pain.

"Oh my god. My wound." I saw a fresh wound in my arm. It's from that man who made the knife flew.

I don't understand. Now I'm in my room? You're a dream catcher. What was that even mean?

"Annie! Get up! You'll be late for school!" My mom yelled from downstairs. I stretched and stood up.

I make my way to the kitchen to eat my breakfast with my family. I'm their only child. Everyone envy my position but it's not that fun here. Well my parents hate me for being so weird. We own the Olly's Company and Buildings. The largest company and one of the best owners of several buildings here. My parents are one of the richest person alive in America. Their standards are so high. But mine's not. And that's why they're pissed.

"You need to be home here by 5:30 you got that?" My father said. It's not like I have anywhere else to go.

"Yes dad." I responded. Not looking at him.

I'm an only child. People don't really like me for what I am. They like me because I'm rich. But they don't really know me. I don't wanna hang out with those kind of people. What if we got poor? Will they be still by my side when that happens? I doubt that.

But don't get me wrong, I have a budbud(that's buddy), his name's Kent. He started talking to me when we were in First Grade. I don't really talk much but unfortunately, he's my seatmate and he talked a lot about his favorite movie which as a matter of fact is my favorite movie too. So I ended up talking to him and we hung out and yeah. He's a true friend, I'll say that. He's not like everyone else. He's different.

"Go now. You'll be late." Mom said. I quickly stood up and grab my bag and I made my way to the garage where Mr. Albert is waiting. Mr. Albert is our official driver. He's been our driver for as long as I can remember. He's been by my side since I was young. He's the best!

"Shall we go, Madame?" Mr. Albert asked. I nodded and I went inside the car.

"Hey Annie!" Kent shouted from the other side of the road.

"What are you doing there?" He asked.

"I'm just buying an ice cream!" I shouted back.

Kent went to my side and paid my ice cream. I looked at him and he just smiled back. He knows when I'm sad I always buy an ice cream. It makes me feel better.

"So what's up?" Kent asked.

I sighed and told him everything. About my dream and such.

"It really bothers me. I've been dreaming the same thing all over again. I've been told a dream catcher all over again."

"Dream catcher? Like those keychains and necklaces and what so ever that you hang on your bedroom?"

I giggled.

"I don't think so but it had to be something." I said as I licked my ice cream.

We just spent our spare time walking in the park and telling each other stories. It's fun having Kent by my side. I have someone on my side, I have someone to lean on, I have someone.
