Chapter 2

Emily's POV

I was standing at the lockers with Aria and Hanna as usual, we were just waiting for the bell to ring.

Aria lent over to me, "em, Mrs Rollins" she whispered into my ear, I smiled softly at Mrs Rollins as she walk past, when she was gone, "wait that's the teacher Em has a crush on" Hanna whispered, "I don't have a crush on her, I just find her attractive" I argued back, "well i have to agree she is kinda hot" Hanna said laughing and I punched her in the shoulder, "ouch, what was that for" Hanna called out, "Em is jealous" Aria said laughing, "I am not" I sighed and the bell rang and I gladly took it as an excuse to leave this conversation.

I headed to my first lesson which was math.

*later that day*

I had just had swim practice and I had English next, I was getting changed when the bell rang, I quickly pulled on my jeans and I just grabbed my swim shirt that I wear over my costume before we start and I pull that on, my hair is still wet and matted to my head but I don't have any time as the last bell rings and I run to English.

When I pushed the door open I was panting as I was tired from swim and running the length of the school, "sorry Mrs Rollins, .... I just had swim practice" I said between deep breaths, "it's okay Emily, just go take your seat" I smiled at her, before going to take my seat besides Aria, "hey Em, did you purposely try to look sexy" aria whisper laughed, "your worse than Hanna sometimes" I whispered and turned my head back to Mrs Rollins.

Alison's POV

The last bell for class rang and Emily still wasn't here yet, I started the lesson when the door swung open.

Emily was stood there, her hair was wet and matted to her face, and she had no makeup on and she looked beautiful, she looked out of breath, "sorry Mrs Rollins ... I just had swim practice" she said between deep breaths, "it's okay Emily, just go take your seat" I said softly, she smiled and walked over to her seat sitting down.

She looked beautiful, started the lesson and everything was normal.

Emily's POV

At the end of the lesson, everyone left the classroom and I took a while packing up waiting for everyone to leave.

As the last person left I went up to Mrs Rollins, "thank you for not telling me off for being late to lesson" I said softly, "it's okay Emily, you had a reason to be late" the blonde said softly, "thanks Mrs Rollins" I said smiling softly, I hugged her softly, I kind of didn't want to let go but then I felt my phone buzz so I pulled away, I checked my phone, 'do you want a lift or nah xxx' it was from Hanna, 'yeah I will be a minute xxx' I clicked send, "I have to go now, but thanks again Mrs Rollins" I said softly, "you welcome" she said in her beautiful accent, "bye" I called out leaving her classroom, "bye Emily" she called to me.

I left school and climbed inside my blonde best friends silver convertible, "hi Han" I said innocently, "hello Emily" she said her voice questioning, "what Han?" I asked, "you done flirting with Mrs Rollins" Hanna said between laughs as she started to drive, "I'm not flirting with her, fuck you Marin" i mumbled leaning back in my seat putting the radio on.

When we pulled up outside of my house I jumped out of Hanna's car "bye shithead" I called out as I walked down my drive, "fuck off fields" Han shouted back, "hey your the one who bullies me all day" I called back, "well don't fall in love with your teacher" Hanna called back, I gave her the finger before walking inside my house.

I went straight up to my room and started doing the mass amounts of homework I had gotten from school.

Alison's POV

I had nothing to do after work, as I had nothing to mark and I had all my lessons planned and I didn't want to go back home, so I headed to the park and I sat on a bench by the path around the pond.

I just sat and watched kids play at the park and runners jogging around the pond everyone looked so happy.

I just watched world go by, this was one of my favourite things too do when I had nothing to do.

Emily's POV

When I finished with my homework, I decided to go for my usual run, I put on some black sports pants, a grey sports bra and my grey nikes.

Once I was ready I grabbed my iPhone and my headphones I set off towards the park.

I had ran around the pond a few times, when I saw Mrs Rollins on a bench, I ran around another time before I went over to the bench, I looked over to her, "hi Mrs Rollins" I said softly, "oh ... hi Emily" she said softly, "what are you doing here" she asked me, "I've just been for a run" I replied smiling.

Alison's POV

I was just watching the world go by when someone besides me spoke, "hi Mrs Rollins" I looked over, it was Emily, her hair was tied in a messy pony tail, I could see her abs which were glistening from her sweat, she looked beautiful, "oh, hi Emily" I said softly, "what are you doing here" I asked her, "I've just been for a run" she replied smiling, I smiled back at her.

I thought to myself, why does she have to be here right now, why does everything have to happen to me, I'm not a bad person.

I lent back, I was just sitting besides Emily when my phone started to buzz, I took it out, 'Ali where are you, you need to come home and make dinner' I immediately got sad as I read the text.

I locked my phone and stood up, "I have to go now, b-bye Emily" I said nervously, "bye Mrs Rollins" the brunette said softly before hugging me gently.

I then pulled away and headed towards my car and I drove back home.

Emily's POV

I was just sitting next Mrs Rollins when her phone buzzed she took it out of her pocket and as she read it, she immediately looked sad.

She locked her phone before standing up "I have to go now, b-bye Emily" she said nervously her voice nearly cracking, hearing her like that made me want to cry, "bye Mrs Rollins" I said softly, as I stood up and hugged her gently.

She then dropped her arms from around me, she slowly walked back to her car, I felt bad as I watched her walk away.

After a few minutes I started to run back home for the night. I had diner with my mom and then I went up to my room and went on my laptop for a while, before I curled up in my bed and fell asleep.
