Chapter 3: Blocked in

I cried in the pain that Ciera put me in, I heard the boys come up to me and carry me to my bed. "D-Don't hurt her." I stuttered to Ant and Sky. Falling unconscious again, I hoped that they would not hurt Ciera. It was dark, I didn't know where I was. Then I saw blood and the man again, the man with no eyes. I ran away but he teleported every which way I turned, but then I fell into darkness. My eyes flung open and I gasped it was the middle of the night I turned around to my window and looked out it again. There he was the man with no eyes, I gasped in horror but then I blinked and he was gone. I was too scared to sleep, and I stayed up scared for the rest of the night, but I eventually fell asleep.

I woke up and yawned, I took the blanket off me, I noticed my leg felt a little sore because I stayed up too late. I got out of bed and into the kitchen. Ant noticed me and said "Morning, you look tired you okay?" "Yeah I just had a really bad dream" I said yawning. "Oh ok, what was it about?" Sky asked, walking into the kitchen "It was stupid you probably don't wanna hear it." I replied "come on! Tell me!" he said nagging me "Fi-", I broke off as I heard something cling on metal, "Shut up down there!" Sky yelled "...Sky... please do not tell me..." I trailed off as I ran through the door and down the steps the noise came from. I saw Ciera drop the cup she was making the noise with the bars, "Sky your dead meat!" I yelled at Sky "Thank Notch! What took you so long?" Cpalmer asked, she was stuck in a small jail cell with iron bars.

Ant ran down the stairs and opened up the cell, but once he closed it when Ciera was let out, POMF! We walked upstairs to see what the noise was. Snow covered the front door up, no one could get out or in. "Great, were blocked in!" Said Ant "hehe blocked in." said Sky sounding kind of dumb. Ant just ignored Sky and said "just when we needed food." "Pshh, I can get us out." Sky opened the front door, backed up and then ran straight for the snow, POMF! Sky pulled himself out of the cold snow, and he had snow on all of the front part of his body. We all started laughing as Essie started trying to eat the snow off Sky. "Grrrr..." Sky growled as we all were laughing, Sky shook the snow off and sat by the fireplace shivering.

Later on I was looking out of my window in my bedroom, it was snowing hard outside. I looked through the snow and saw two faint eyes looking at me. It wasn't the man in my dream, it was too small. I looked closer and I saw brown and different colored fur, it was a cat. It looked exactly like my cat, not able to push away the curiosity I grabbed my jacket, my sword and my torches. I broke the glass in my window, everyone came in my room wondering what the noise was and saw me run after the cat. They yelled "Mountain!" but it didn't stop me from chasing the cat. The cat was running but kept looking back at me, like it was trying to get me to follow it. As soon as I couldn't see the house anymore I placed a torch, so I could find my way back.

I limped and ran after the cat, biome after biome. Until there was a house in a forest biome next to a river, the cat went inside a little hole in the door of the house. I followed the cat through the door, I went inside, and there was a living room with a brown wool couch. I reckoned everyone was gone, but I looked in the different rooms anyways. I turned around to find a sword pointing to my chest. I gasped in surprise "Who are you?" the boy holding the sword said. Too afraid to say anything I backed up and fell on the couch. "Deadlox?" another boy said coming in the room. I instantly recognized the boy. "Andrew..." I whispered loud enough for them to hear. I turned back to Deadlox and he was putting his sword away. I got up off the couch and went towards Andrew, I looked at him once more to make sure. Then I jumped at him and hugged him regardless of my sore leg. "Andrew!" I said once more crying, "My brother is alive!" I cried with joy because now I know the rest of my family is hopefully alive.

I saw It was getting dark, I knew I probably I had to stay there. "Hey little sis? Mom and Dad, were they with you?" asked my big brother "I was going to ask you the same... sorry CapnPancake they aren't" I said, Andrew looked sad then looked up and smiled and said "Please call me Andrew," Andrew let me sleep in his bed and he slept on the couch for the night. Feeling the comfort, I found out it was my cat Nanaki, jumped on my bed. I fell asleep, but didn't have a dream about the man again last night.

I yawned as I got up out of Andrews bed, I grabbed my smiley face shirt and my denim pants. I took my pajamas off and put my clothes on, I brushed my hair, with a stick. I walked into the living room of the makeshift house, Deadlox was in there with messy bed hair. "Morning," said Deadlox, "I wanted to ask you, do you know who I am? You act like you do." asked Deadlox, "Yes, your name is Ty, also known as Deadlox, by the way I'm a big fan." I replied "well usually, all my fans are like 'oh my Gosh its Ty!' but you're like 'whatever' why you do dis?" asked Deadlox in an adorable tone, "Well, I already met Sky and Ant... ", I replied to his heartbreaking adorable tone. "Oh nice, how are they doing?" he asked "They are doing fine, I am the only one who's injured." I said while kind of sticking my leg out.

Andrew made pancakes, and I asked them if they wanted to come with me back to the house, both of them accepted and I helped them pack. We took down the house and I made sure Nanaki was following us. We set off and walked through all the different biomes. We finally made it to the snow biome, and I saw the house. I got some sand for the glass I broke on my way, I also got a shovel. We shoveled the snow out of the entrance and opened the freezing cold door. "Mountain, you're alive!" Cpalmer exclaimed in pure joy while coming over to hug me. Also Sky noticed Deadlox and came over to him, they greeted each other and they hugged, I thought it was cute (not in the weird way) and I quietly chuckle.

I fed the cat some squid I killed on the way and I fed Essie some uncooked pork I got. I noticed my room was full of snow since I broke the window, I couldn't sleep on the couch because Ty was sleeping there, and Andrew was sleeping on the floor. So I went into Ciera's room and crawled in her bed awkwardly. Ciera already knew why I was in here so she didn't ask why. We both fell asleep quickly, but then I dreamt again. I dreamed the man was there and he said "Hero-brine..." I got scared but the dream ended after he said that.

I yawned and I noticed Ciera's hand was in my face. "...um." I kept quiet and got out of bed putting her hand down softly. I stretched and quietly got dressed, and hoped Ciera wouldn't wake up while I'm changing. I successfully got my pants on and my shirt. I walked out of the room quietly and noticed that all the guys were on the ground drunk, all but my brother. My brother turned around and said "Morning, Ant figured out how to make beer..." I chuckled and said "I will help get them to their beds and we should put bins by them," knowing they would probably be sick when they woke up. I got Ant and Sky and put them on their beds with the help of my brother. My brother put Ty on the couch with a small iron bin, my brother also put bins by the others.

My brother and I decided to go hunting so I grabbed all my stuff like torches and my sword and we journeyed off. I showed Andrew the way to the place where Sky, Ant, and I went hunting last. We killed some sheep for beds and killed some cows also, we got some wood to expand the house on the way back. I remember the night I got shot in the leg, it was painful but when I started thinking about it again I limped more. The boys were still asleep and we got Cpalmer to help and we all started making a second story. It started getting dark and we all stopped building and got inside. Ant, Ty, and Sky were all miserably sitting next to the fireplace. I noticed they weren't talking when we walked in, "Hey guys, we are making a second story." I said, but they all just mumbled something about a headache.

I made some beds for Ty and Andrew, and I also made a bed for myself and placed it in Ciera's room. I couldn't fall asleep because my leg was hurting, I sat on the couch and took off the bandages to change them and I noticed my leg was infected. It started hurting more when I looked at it, I didn't know what to treat it with. I was so confused, 'what should I do, how do I treat it?' I thought fearfully, not even noticing, Deadlox walked up to me, "We need to get that treated right away," Deadlox said fearfully for me while running to get everyone else to see if they have any ideas for a treatment. Cpalmer told them all to move out of the way and she brought hot water and a bucket underneath and poured the water on my wound. I screeched in pain, it was hot and not refreshing. I cried and I saw a teardrop fall from Cpalmer's face and I noticed she cried when I cried. She dabbed the wound with a wet cloth, "Oh, dear Notch help me." I said under my breath.
