The Unexpected

Chapter 1.

~~~~~~~~~~~Kelsey~~~~~~~~~~~ I woke up to the sound of my alarm clock. I turned it off and shoved my head into the pillow. I thought why do I have to go to my dads? He haven't had anything to do with me and my brother since I was 2. When he left me, Aaron and our mother. Since then we have moved a couple times to get away from the house. Now we live in North Carolina. It's not to far from the beach. I'm 15 and my brother is 17. My dad now lives in Montana. I really haven't met him but Aaron has. But he doesn't remember much either. I honestly don't want to fly there. I hate planes with a burning passion. When I was little my uncle Mike died in a plane crash. Our family has bad luck. I heard my mother yell "come on sweetie. Time to get up."" I'm coming." I got up put on shorts and a t-shirt. Then I walked into my on-suite bathroom and went to the mirror. I looked in the mirror and my hair was everywhere. I grabbed my brush and brushed my long thick hair. Then it is straightened. So I took off my pjs and put on shorts shorts and a band t-shirt. I ran down stairs and grabbed a pop-tart. I sat at the island in the big kitchen and ate my pop-tart. By then it was time to go. I ran upstairs an grabbed my books for school. I banged on my brothers door to tell him I was ready. Then I went back downstairs and kissed my mother on the cheek goodbye. I ran to my brothers car fand jumped in. I can't wait for two more months. It will be my birthday and I will be driving to school instead of having my brother take me. After about five minuets my brother finally came out of the big house. Aaron didn't understand why we had to go to our fathers either. After all he didn't want anything to do with us. It took us about 2-3 minuets to get to school because Aaron speeds and never gets stopped. Probably because everyone knows who it is and if they are in his way..... Your kinda done for. I'm surprised my brother hasn't ran over someone yet. Finally we are at school. We park and I jump out to go find my friends. If I don't get out quick enough. All my brothers friends. Which are a lot. Will all be surrounding his car. I'm not that popular but people know me because of my brother. It gets really annoying sometimes. People walk up to me and go ohh heyyy your Aaron's little sis. It's like okay if your gonna say hey can't you at least learn my name. Lauren screams "Kelsey I'm we're over her." I run up to Lauren and I give her a big hug. Lauren goes " hey Kelsey aren't you going to your dads today." " Nope I'm going tomorrow. I honestly don't want to go. I got over wanting to see my dad when I was little. I also think its the thought of having to go in a airplane. What if I get on the wrong airplane? " "Kelsey calm down. You are not gonna get on the wrong plane." "But what if I get in a plane crash?" "Kels you are not gonna get in a plane crash. Calm down." The first bell rang and I went to my first class. I have English first. It gets really boring. We don't really do anything but get assigned to read books and the take quizzes on them. Most people just sit in the back and fall asleep. I sent in the middle of the classroom around my friends. I'm surprised we haven't been moved yet. But we just pass notes back in forthright. My friends and I both go separate ways. I go to social studies then math after that I go to science. I don't have any of my friends in math. So we all just text each other. I sit towards the back by the bad boy group. Or the jocks. But these weren't just jocks they were bad-ass jocks that were involved in street fights. They are sexy gods. They wear tight shirts and you can point out there abs through the shirt. The three main ones that stood out was Jacob, Kevin and Calvin. Jacob sits right besides me and Calvin sits behind him and Kevin sits behind me. Oh my gosh Kevin and his sexy muscles. There are about five of them in there "pack". They all of muscles but Kevin's are way bigger. He is 17 and the oldest of them all. I know Kevin won't like someone like me because I'm a freakin freak. None of them will like me. I'm not there type. My friends say I am pretty hot. And yah I have had some boyfriends but they really haven't meant a lot. "Ring!" Finally I sigh. It's the last bell so it's finally the end of the day. I'm ready to go meet up with my friends before I got to go to my dads tomorrow. "Heyyy Lauren you wanna hang out at the mall today before I leave tomorrow." "Sure I will meet you there around 5?" "Yah sure." I said. I turned around to walk down the hall to go to my locker. I was thinking about how my dad would look when I bumped into someone. "Oh my gosh I'm so sorry." "Watch it!" I look up to find it to be Calvin. He is the meanest. I grabbed my stuff and his stuff and put his stuff in his hands. I practically ran to my locker and grabbed my homework. I then ran down the hall and out in the parking lot. I find my brothers car gone. Great. I mumble to myself. I started to walk home when someone pulled over in there car and asked me if I wanted a ride. I look over at the driver and its Kevin driving and Jacob in the passenger seat. "Sure" I said. Maybe it wasn't a good idea. I opened the door and got in. Too late. They drove me home. I was surprised they knew were I lived. They then parked there car next door and got out. Huh? "I'm home Mom!" I yelled coming into the house. I got a text saying "Still at work. Working late tonight. Love you - mom" I texted her back. "Alright. Love you to." I put my stuff on the island and got a soda out of the fridge. I got another text saying. "Hey do you know where your brother is?" I sent back "I don't know who is this?" It took about 5 minutes for a reply it said. "Jacob." I was shocked. I didn't know how Jacob got my number. I soon replied. "I don't know. How did you get my number." I was so caught up in the moment. I release that I haven't even opened my soda. I started on my homework. After awhile I got tired and bored. I pulled out my iPhone and started playing music. It was 4:45. I called my brother. He finally answered after I called him like 5 times. "What." He said "Can you pick me up and drop me off at the mall. Please." After begging for what seemed like forever he finally said yes. After Aaron picked me up and dropped me off at the mall. I was waiting for Lauren. I checked the time it was 5:05. I decided to text Lauren. "Hey where are you at?" Five seconds later "Running a little late be there in 5." "Okay." "Finally Lauren you took forever." I said. "Hurry up I have to be home in a hour and a half." "Okay" I said. A hour later we came out with more than five bags. Lauren took me home and wished me good luck. I quickly ate supper and went upstairs to take a shower. After my shower I got on my phone. I haven't got a text back from Jacob. I sat a alarm clock for 6am. I had to be at the airport at 7am. I was totally not ready for tomorrow.
