Fizzy.
It was the same routine as yesterday, Calum buying us food, Lana, having trouble waking up, Lena playing with her dolls, I helped get them changed, and did their hair before I changed myself.
Now that we knew what to do in the morning we got ready quickly and left the house on time.
As we waited for the bell to ring for us to go to class, Lana played on my phone and Lena played with my hair that was straightened.
"You know, I like your hair natural." Calum said playing with my fingers.
"It's wavy, when its natural." I said with a frown.
"I know, they look like beach waves and I like it like that, it's better than the curls and just plain straight." He said as I shrugged.
"I guess it's okay." And he chuckled.
Once the bell rung, my phone rang.
Lana handed me the phone and I looked at the caller ID, it was Sam, my boss.
I answered it quickly and pressed it to my ear.
"Hello?" I asked
"Hey Felicity, I know you have school today, but do you think you can come in at around 12 or 1?" He asked I looked at the clock on the wall of our class room and sighed.
"I'd have to ask my principal if I can have early release, but Sam, I've got my project." I said sitting next to Calum, bouncing Lana on my lap.
"What project?" He asked confused.
"The life project, where I get kids, I've told you this Sam, I have two kids to look after at school." I said. Running my hands through her silky hair.
"That's fine, you can bring them with you." He said.
"Alright, let me talk to Calum and my principal." I said
"Okay, thank you so much Fel." He said and hung up.
"Crap." I said under my breath, and Calum looked at me, while mr. Conners made his way to us
"I've got work at 12." I said and he nodded.
"I can watch them." He said as mr. Conners examined us, everyone listening to our conversation.
"No you've got gym, and woodshop, and all those other classes, I'll take them." I said
"Are you sure, is Sam okay with you bringing them?" He asked
"Yeah, he said it was perfectly fine." I nodded.
"Alright." He said and I looked up at mr. Conners who nodded.
"You two handled that situation perfectly." He said "that is how all of you should react." He said
"Mr.conners, do you think I can go ask if I can get the half day?" I asked politely.
"Sure." He said handing me the hall pass and I got up and walked out.
After I got approved to leave early I went back to class and Calum was playing on his phone while Lana and Lena sat on the table dolls in their hand.
I walked to Calum who looked up and gave a big smile on my direction.
"Well?" He asked as I sat down, next to him, his hands going straight to my knee.
"I can leave early." I nodded and be smiled.
"I can skip half the day with you." He smirked "come to work with you and the girls."
