We got home and saw a window busted, it was the window to the living room. I saw Niall knocked out on the stairs, that's when I got really mad! I ran over to the person not caring about the pain that was going on in my foot. I tackled them and punched them about fifteen times. Then I got up and kicked them in the spot that shall not be named. I took off what ever mask they were wearing and I couldn't believe it it was....

It was Ethan! Ethan was a guy that I dated for a few months in the adoption center. We broke up because someone kept stealing my money and one day I found my wallet in his room. He looked at me and smiled.

"Nice to see you again. Babe."

"Shut up." I said as I punched him in the face. I got up and Derick looked at me in confusion.

"Babe?"

"I'll tell you later."

"Ok." I grabbed my crutches and went over to Niall while Derick called the cops. I went and sat by Niall and saw blood all over his face I didn't care anymore about my crutches I ran over to Derick while he was telling the cops our address, I wrapped my hands around his waist and pushed my face against his side and I started to cry.

"Thank you." Derick said. He hung up.

"What's wrong?" I pointed at Niall and he walked over. I went over to Ethan and he started to wake up. I looked at him and kicked him (in that spot) again. He started sobbing from the pain and wiped the blood from his face. Derick went up stairs and grabbed a first aid kit. He came back down to Niall and fixed him up. After about three minuets the cops showed up and walked over to us. They looked at Ethan and gave me a confused look because of the blood all over him. I wiped away my tears and looked at them.

"He hurt my dad. I did what I had to do." They laughed

"Ok." They walked over to him and handcuffed him. They walked out and put him in the police car. They walked back over to us.

"Wheres your dad sweetie?" I walked over to Niall and they followed. They checked to make sure he was ok and thankfully Niall woke up. They gave us a card for someone that could replace the window and they left. I hugged Niall really tight and Derick and I went to go pick up Emma from school. We picked her up and got back home. Niall had cleaned up all of the shattered glass and all of the broken stuff in our living room. We all went on the couch and watched a movie. I cuddled up next to Derick with Niall on the other side of me and Emma in my lap cuddling next to Niall. After a while we all fell asleep and had no worrys I wish life was like that all the time.
