I feel my feet land as I regain my my form. My vision returns and my hearing becomes crystal clear once again. I didn't change my appearance at all. I really wasn't in the mood to.
As my vision clears I realize I'm on a thick pink cloud that I'm somehow, able to to stand on. Suddenly, a door appears out of thin air, and Steven walks out of it. His eyes zip towards me. "LAPIS!!!" He cheers as he runs towards me and gives me a hug.
"Steven! Where am I?" I ask.
"You're in none other than my...er...my mom's room!"
"Why did you bring me here?"
"Well uh," he pauses for a second "I know you didn't want want us looking for you, but we did and we found you. But we sorta had to poof Malachite,"
"Poof?"
"Yeah, poof,"
"Oh, I know what you mean,"
"Yeah, ummm, anyway we poofed Malachite and that poofed you and Jasper," hearing that cheese puff's name sends a chill down my spine and made me shiver. Steven notices that. "Oh, do you need a blanket?" He says. "Ummmm" before I can say no a blue blanket appears out of no where. He grabs it and wraps me in it.
"Where was I... oh! He continued "So the gems said we should leave you guys be but I didn't want her to fuse with you again, so I stuffed you in my pocket and brought you here!"
I sigh. "What's the matter? Steven asks.
"A long story..." I say quietly
"Is it a long story I can hear?" He asks.
I know he'll get it out of me so I reply with "As long as you got the time I guess. Not much else to do in here but talk." So my memories of the past come back to me.
