Chapter 1;The baby Catchers
It was a nice, hot day in Mullingar, so Niamh and Orla decided that they wanted to walk their dogs, Olly and Smudge, but Orlas dad said that they wouldn't be able to hang out with the dogs there so he came to. When they got there, Orlas dad went off with the dogs. So Niamh and Orla went to wait for the swings, and as they waited they noticed the cutest baby ever on the baby swing, but the mum wasn't paying any attention to him, she was on her phone talking to somebody called Niall. She sounded stressed she said something like:
'I will be home soon and I now I haven't seen you in ages. i really have missed you so much Niall!'
Niamh and Orla had no idea how there life was about to change.
Suddenly they heard a loud scream, and the baby was half way in the air, doing summersaults- everybody was screaming. So Niamh and Orla ran towards him and quickly put their arms out, they only just caught him. the baby's mum ran forward and gave them big hugs, she said:
'thank you so much. I dont know how i can ever repay you. I feel so bad. I wasn't watching him properly. My name is Aoife. And this is Patrick, well, Paddy. Oh my gosh, thank you, thank you, thank you!!'
Then Aoife realised that they had one direction phone cases and she said:
'You're not one direction fans are you? Because if you are, then i know how i could re...'
Sge was cut off by Niamh and Orla shouting:
'Oh my gosh YEESSSSSS we love them so much! we have only been to two concerts, but we really wish we can go to their next one!'
Aoife nodded in delight as Orlas dad walked over, still a little shocked after everything that had just happened.
'Aoife this is my dad, dad this is Aoife. Me and Niamh kind of just...erm, saved her baby Paddy!' Orla said proudly.
'Look girls, i know how I can repay you, if you would just like to pop by to my house now for a cup of tea, i have someone i think that you might like to meet', Aoife said.
they all nodded and headed off to Aoifes
