You slowly opened your eyes and turned your head to the side seeing that you were back in the Phantomive manor. 'When did I get here??' you think. The door opens and Ciel walked in when he sees you're awake his eyes light up. 'why is he never smiling?' you ask to yourself. "Ah looks like you've finally decided to wake up Y/N..." he says coming to the bed side and sitting at the edge of the bed "How long have I been out for?" you ask slowly sitting up, pain radiates from your stitches and Ciel gives a slight disapproving look but only says "about 4 days... nothing much..." "4 DAYS!!!!!" you yell eyes going wide "what do you mean nothing much! I got STABBED!!!! I could have died!!!!" For some reason you seemed to be getting angry, weather it be with yourself or Ciel, you didn't know.

"I'm sorry... I almost got you killed... it's my fault..." He seemed to be sad and truly sorry for what had happened. "Ciel..." you say your voice going soft "It wasn't your fault. I'm the one to blame... if I hadn't run away none of this would have happened and.... " you couldn't finish your sentence. you didn't want to think about Hitoshi right now. "I know it's hard Y/N but please... don't get caught up in what happened, you have to move on to be able to heal." Ciel almost had pleading eyes... what was up with him? He wasn't acting like his normal self, it was kind of worrying you. "Ciel?" You asked looking at him "Are you feeling OK? you aren't acting like your normal self..." you say in a small voice. "And how would that be?"

You looked away and then back at him before saying bluntly "An asshole...." this made him look at you like you had just grown two heads before he went back to his usual stoic manner. "Well... I'm just concerned that's all..." he said looking away with a small blush tinting his cheeks. You giggle at this 'wait... did i just... giggle?!?!?!' you thought in disbelief. "Hey uh.... Y/N..." he looks back at you with a deeper blush "yes? what it it Ciel??" you ask. "Um I uh..."

"Yes Ciel??" you ask getting curious as to why he is acting in such and um... well... Ciel way... "Y/N I like you!!! More than a friend!!!" he rushed out not looking at you. Your eyes widen in surprise 'H-he wh-what?!?!?!?!' you think your jaw dropping. "Um...I-i like y-you t-to C-Ciel....." you stutter in a small voice. He looks at you and gives a genuine smile. He leans forward pressing his lips gently against yours. You didn't stop him but instead you leaned into the soft tender kiss wrapping your arms around his neck loosely.
