Brailynn's POV
Dinner from the night before had left me with a lot to think about... Sherlock is um -- different. I really liked Molly, though. She seemed to bring out the best in Sherlock, and I'm convinced that they were destined to be together. There's only one problem- Greg... apparently he works at Scotland Yard, or something. He and Molly started dating about a month ago after his wife divorced him, and things have been going very well. Which for Sherlock, means very bad...

I look over at my clock - It's already 11:30... I was tired of living with my mother and father, so I asked Molly if we could have a day out, with just us. I'm meeting her at 1 o'clock.Deciding I should probably pick a good outfit for a day out in downtown London, I pick out my gender-bent Elder Price outfit, and look in my mirror, Man, I look GOOD today!
"Mom? I'm getting ready to meet Molly. She's picking me up. I just wanted to remind you." I came down down the stairs to find that she and my father had fallen asleep watching television. I decide to reach for a pen and paper, and write them a note which I put on the table.
Mom, dad, Molly picked me up to go to London. I'll be home for dinner around 6.
Love, B
I hear a car door slam and head outside to see Molly walking towards me with a fidgety look on her face.
"Hey, Molly! What's, uh, what's wrong?"
"Oh, hey, Brailynn, so, um... about today."
"Yeah..."
"Is it okay if maybe, it wasn't just the two of us, today?"
"Well, sure! Who else is coming?"
"Um... Sherlock."
Ooh yes! They can bond together! This is perfect. But I can't let her know that. Think Brails, think! This is where your acting comes in handy.
"What?? Why!?"
"Oh, um- he's working on a case. Apparently a 13 year old girl was murdered by her aunt, and Sherlock says he needs to find out more about the relationship that teen girls and adult women share together while having a day out."
Hmmm... sounds like an excuse to crash our girls' day and get in some one-to-one Molly time, "Well, it's fine with me! Let's go. Don't want to keep him waiting, you know how he gets!" We laugh together and make our way to the car.
"Hey, Sherlock! What's up with the old Mr. Holmes these days? Long time, no see!"
"Hardly."
I see he's not in the mood to talk. Like always. "Well, let's get going."

Molly's POVSherlock makes a really good big brother...
"JUST SHUT UP, ALREADY! Molly, why won't she just STOP SINGING?!?"
OK, Molly, you need to start paying attention. Maybe he still needs a little work on the big brother category. Wait. What's that noise?
"B? What's that you're singing?"
"Oh, I was just singing 'Over the Rainbow'. It's one of my favorites to sing because it isn't very strenuous on your voice yet it still has such a powerful message and tone to it. It's pretty much dramatic singing for lazy people!"
I thought it was lovely!
Wait. I didn't only just say that in my head. Who else said it? Who else would have said it? It couldn't have been-
"I'm sorry, what?" Brailynn was asking Sherlock a question and I was certainly interested in hearing his response.

Brailynn's POV"I said that I thought it sounded wonderful. You know you're actually very good. You should make a career out if it. There's a three part musical theatre talent show in Cardiff next month. I'm going to sign you up for it. Three parts because it's a progressional talent contest. Like a progressional dinner almost, but with songs.
"You pick one character, and a song that character sings, along with three outfits based on that character- one day outfit, one cocktail, and one formal. Part one, everyone sings their selected song. Part two, in a different location, the judges are busy deciding on the winners while all the participants and their entourages' have a light lunch and play group games and team building exercises. All extremely ridiculous. Part three, usually held at an even bigger venue, starts with dinner, then the awards ceremony where the winner gives an encore of their song, and a celebration afterwards. I'm going to sign you up no matter what so there's no use fighting it."
Suddenly, I couldn't help but give this strange psychopath a hug! So, of course, I did!
"Molly? Molly, what is she doing?"
"Oh, just shut up and hug your little sister!"
I wonder... "Molly, can that be what we shop for today? The clothes for the talent contest? I already know who I'm going to be and what I'm going to sing!"
"Well, sure! Sherlock, is that fine with you?"
He had obviously had enough of this day. I'm not sure shopping plazas are really Sherlock's favorite place.
"I've got to go."
"Sherlock, where are you going!?"
"To the flat, Molly. The game is on!"
