Mitch's POV

When my father called i left Sky with her family not without telling her that ill be come later and she just nodded, by the look of her eyes she was hungry and i also knew that because her vampire side can also talk to my wolf because he has them both as mates strange right but the fact that he hid that away from me which annoyed me the most it turned out that she started feeling hungry yesterday.

Anyway they both speak to him telling him that something is going to happen and its going to have something to with my mate the human side anyway that's why i was about refused to leave at all, i didn't want too but i had to see what was wrong with my father he sounded stressed and worried, that doesn't happen much unless its bad so it must be.

Eventually i ended up walking into my fathers office whilst hes on the phone to someone important sitting down where a book is and started reading reading about the royal hybrids and how they have to have human blood to survive making me frown.

Sky doesn't at least i didn't think she doesn't wondering what happens when has animal blood reading on and saw that when they don't have human blood that they would loose some of her powers and she wouldn't be as strong as she would be when she has human blood.

Thinking about things that could help until my dad finishes and comes off the phone, 20 minutes later he ended the call and looked at me looking up from the book i was reading i saw the stress he was under.

"What's wrong dad?" I asked him worried about my fathers health.

"Just had a call that a women had just ran away from an rogue alpha and he wants to enter our territory to search for her and take her back" looking round at the papers around hes table and sighed, i didn't understand what was the problem was i mean the rogue wouldn't bother with her unless its hes mate and if it was then why would she run.

"What's the problem with that?" laughing at my question.

"The girl is running away from him because she just gave birth to her son and she had taken hes son with her" frowning as he explains it to me.

"Why would she run away though it doesn't make sense dad" getting really confused

"Because my son the child she had gave birth to is human is half wolf and the father wants him back"

"Why would she be in our woods though wouldn't we have heard her by now unless she further back of the forest to where Sky's house is?" my father looked at me and looked shocked.

"That's it.." huh?

"What's it?" okay getting seriously confused

"Your mate, where is she?" looking really interested all of a sudden 

"Well i don't know i would have been with her this second but I'm with you!" getting angry because it was true i would be with her if it was up to him, that's when my phone made a noise looking at it i had message from Daniel.

'Have you seen Sky?'  frowning at the text then texted back

'No i thought she was with you...'

'Nah we had a disagreement and she ran off; we thought she'd be with you but obviously not.' growling at the phone almost throwing it at the wall 

"What's wrong Mitch?"

"Sky's out there somewhere."

"Of course that makes so much sense."

"What does?"

"On one of the book says that some people can sense that protectiveness around where a royal is around, so because Sky is obviously a royal then the human must have felt it and brought her child here to Sky to protect them both. She must have known that Sky would be in the woods for her to find them" i couldn't say anything i just stood there shocked at the news he delivered could that really happen?
