Changmin wakes up to the sounds of dancing pigeons, whistling kettle and Jaejoong’s tone-deaf singing. Sitting up on his bed with a smile, he goes in for a quick clean up and when he comes out a few minutes later, Jaejoong is standing by his doorway with both apron and bright, shining eyes. Starter’s ready, he dazzles.

Jaejoong washes their dishes after, and when he asks, are you going out today?; Changmin answers with a no. Jaejoong looks surprised. Why? He leaves the chair and helps Jaejoong with the dryer. I’d rather stay in (with you). Jaejoong looks happy and he might be imagining it, but he sees two faint blotches of pink coloring his pale complexion.

Blue. Leather. Brown. Thick. White. Glossy. Black. Thin. Purple. Changmin picks up the red one from the shelf and hands it over to Jaejoong when he has settled himself comfortably on the couch. Jaejoong receives the book with a smile― Why red? He rests his head on Jaejoong’s cold lap and replies, it’s your favorite color.

The music plays from the stereo and Jaejoong starts to flip the page. Once upon a time, there were two boys named Yoochun and Junsu― their fairytale ends on the first page when Changmin kisses him firm and sure, breathless; printed words sliding off Jaejoong’s smooth thighs like dry streams ―and they lived happily ever after.

He picks up the remote and turns off the music when the phone rings. Jaejoong picks up the phone and climbs onto him when his owner speaks. I’ll be home late tonight, Boo―Changmin tunes out from their phone conversation and instead, concentrates on Jaejoong’s blond streaks wrapped around his perfect long fingers.

Yunho will be late tonight― he repeats the information and pulls Jaejoong back down onto the couch. The springs beneath creaks a little and he says, you weight a tonne, with an easy laugh. Jaejoong pulls him back up like a bouncing ball for revenge and they fall together to the marble floor; Changmin tops with a grin.

Their one-touches begin.

Jaejoong almost ran out of energy after their harmless fight, and proceeds to fulfill his duties after they’ve messed up the living room. Changmin is left alone to arrange the pillows ― red, purple and green because those are theirs and Yunho's favorite colors ― on the couch and when he turns around, he sees Jaejoong cleaning the windows with his both hands.

Let me help you with that, he whispers into Jaejoong’s ear from behind and grabs his wrists. Jaejoong stills, hides a smile so that Changmin is able to leave butterfly kisses down his neck. He presses him up against the window and Jaejoong sees fireworks blooming from the distance; he marvels with the word beautiful.

Somehow, they ended up as a bunch of tangled limbs on the carpet a while later. Changmin senses light trails from far outside the house and hears the sound of running engine. Jaejoong looks at him with wide eyes and they're spelling, Danger! Danger! Danger! They scramble to get up and accidentally crash into each other. Yunho is home.

Changmin tries to blink away his blurry vision, but fails. Beside him, Jaejoong is trying his best to sit up; probably to greet Yunho, he manages to process before shutting down.Welcome home, Yunho― Jaejoong says with a weak voice before he too, follows Changmin. Yunho stares down at them and shakes his head, plugging his two robots in for an overnight recharge.

Hidden hints: Starter's ready instead of breakfast's ready, Dishes and dryer which means directional antenna and blower, Changmin imagining Jaejoong blushing, Jaejoong's cold lap because he doesn't have a temperature, Breathless kissing because they don't need oxygen, You weight a tonne because Jaejoong really does, Jaejoong running out of energy after their fight, Changmin's perfect senses for seeing/hearing things far away from him. Very complicated y/y? :D
