"no,no,no,no" I jumped out of bed and slid on my jeans "I'm gonna be late"

I quickly ran out of my old broken room door.

"Mom..Mom wake out please" I tapped on my mom who was passed out on the kitchen table "I told you that I need to be to school on time..... It's my first day of high school-" I slid down the wall on to me butt  and shielded my head from the world.

That seemed to be the only thing that made me feel better now-a-days.

But I still need to get to school on time... Mom.... Why.....

20 mins later

I ended up just getting a ride with some lady who lived down the street.. I know I shouldn't go in strangers cars but what's the worst thing that could happen? I die? As if I'd be missed. My mom barely knows I'm home half the time.

But the lady said her son went to Harrison High School too he's a grade older. I don't remember his name but maybe I'll meet him there..

"And I'm still late....great" I mumbled

I quickly ran to home room

"305,306,307, ahh 308" I said scurrying down the hall.

"Ahh Mr.-" she looked at her list "Graceffa?" I nodded "well Mr.Graceffa care to tell the class why your late"

Oh yeah! I'm just gonna tell the class my drunk mother was passed out on the kitchen table, and I had to get a ride from a complete stranger. Uh no.

"Ummm my hamster got out of his cage and some milk fell on him... So I had to wash him" I lied

Luckily they haven't met my mom or else that excuse would be down the drain.....

"Just sit down" The teacher pointed to the last desk in the room.

I sat beside the one who's "too cool for school" and the science geek. But I'm not gonna judge I don't have a perfect life either.

•|Lunch Room|•

It was lunch time and sat beside Shane and David the only two people I knew their from grade school

"I heard some people In my class the were talking about a "new" computer thing called YouTube just got really popular, thanks to this guy... Ummm Felix was his name I think but the call him pew-de-pie I think.... Ummmm yeahhh he just post videos of him playing video games" Shane explained

"So they play games and record it and put it on the internet" I asked

"I'm pretty sure the call it online not on the Internet" David said correcting me

"That seems stupid" I said pointing out that sitting in front of a camera playing a game seemed dumb.

"Well I guess it's good for a fat kid" Shane laughed

Shane didn't have the most self esteem as the rest of us but at least he's no like "I'm fat.....*sobs*"

Well that's my friends for you.....

I got home and went to my room and and tried to be quiet so my mom wouldn't start blaming me for stealing her lipstick ....... Guess that's the joys of an alcoholic mother.

I jumped on my chair at the computer and checked out this YouTube and saw people video tapping their lives and gaming. I watched the videos for hours on end. I even took a liking to the comment section.

And I did that all night liked, commented, and watched the videos
