They continued to run until the police found them frightened out of their mind and screaming. The police had went back to the house to find the same thing as the 2 younger ones saw. Finally, the police man started to cry. He was so sorry for the kids, having to have them see her, and coming home to complete nothing.
The kids mom was contacted immediately and almost had a heart attack. She was so grateful that her kids were alive, but she also felt dread dominant over that. She hugged her two children and kissed them on the head. They were old enough to understand what happened, but they weren't old enough to know why people in the world are so cruel and do these types of things. I don't think anybody knows why. The mom braced herself and walked into the house. The body had been removed and taken to a lab to be examined, but she was still afraid to look at nothing. She walked through the house, crying at everything missing. She went into the bathroom, and locked the door. That's where she felt safe.
Until she saw a message written on the mirror, in the nannys blood.
