~Maria's Pov~

When I woke up today I smiled big, today was my dad's birthday and I couldnt wait to meet the mystery girl that stole him from me. Dont think Im being jealous because Im really happy for him so I got up and took a quick shower and put on a blue tank, black jeans, and my black n blue spura's. I flat ironed my hair and grabbed my phone n book-bag and headed downstairs, I hugged my dad and told him "Happy Bday" then i grabbed somethin to eat then I was out the door and into Lucy's car. She immediately started talkin bout her mate Micheal and said how he was so hot and that they had a date set for tonight but it had to end a lil earliy cause his mom had to go meet her boyfriends daughter and him n his brother had to go with her.

As we pulled up, I saw my sexy mate standin next to his brother they both started smilin as we pulled up next to them. I got out and was surrounded by two large hands goin around my waist. I turned around and smiled at my sexy mate.

'Hey bae'

'Hey, wassup'

'I got to meet my mom's boyfriend today'

'I got to meet my dad's girlfriend today, it's his birthday'

'Aw, tell him i said happy birthday'

'Kay, ready to go in'

'Sure lets go'

As we walled toward the school i saw Shy starin at me, Shy was the head cheerleader and she run the school as people say. But truth be told she is really nice and just puts this act on because of her background. Shy was abused as a kid by her father and her mom was never around because she mostly stayed in the hospital cause of him also. But anyway Shy stared at me with so much envy that it looked like it hurt, poor Shy.

First hour went by fast since we didn't do nun cause we had no teacher, yay I couldn't stand that stupid teacher, he got on my nerves. I really didn't pay attention the in the rest of my classes because I knew everything and I just couldn't stop thinking bout my dad and the mystery girl that Im going to meet today.

I guess I was really deep in thought because I didn't hear the bell ring for lunch, dang I'm late I had planned to meet Lucy and Shy at lunch. I speed walked to my locker and stuffed everything in there then I nearly ran to lunch bumping into Lucy and Shy as they were walking in. Woooo I made it, Im a need to go for a run later today maybe midnight.

"You okay, Maria"

"Yeah, just had to hustle to get here"

"Yeah, srry bout that"

"Nope, Im going for a run later today"

"Good, its been awhile since I've ran so Im comin with you"

"Can I come to"

"Shy, you sure I mean I know how your house and mother is"

"Yeah, I really need it so please"

"Ok, come by at midnight"

"Alr, come on Im hungry"

Shy Pov

As me, Lucy, n Maria walked I'm the cafe, i felt eyes on me. Like Im used to people starin at me but this stare was really creepy, I couldnt stop feelin numb. I didnt turn around, I just kept walkin with my girls until we got ur food and sat down. I kept debatin with myself whether or not to turn around but before I could make a decision, someone snapped they're fingers in my face. 

"Huh... what"

"U ok, u was out for awhile"

"Yeah,Im ok"

"You sure"

"Yeah, stop worryin"

"Alr,so how do u feel about meetin ur dad's mystery women"

"Idk, I mean she's just a person"shrugs

"Yeah, just a person,who could become your step mommy"

"If she's lucky"puts asucker in her mouth

"Yeah,but I found my mate"

"Really, whats his name"

"Alex, and he has a brother named Micheal"

"Micheal is my mate"

"I knew it, just by the way u was lookin today"

"Aww, now I need a mate"

"Yeah, u really do lol"

"But dont worry, cause u will meet him"

"Yeah, ik but I cant wait"

As soon as lunch was over we, all went back to class and waited for school to be over. God, if you can let a mircle happen so I dont have to go home to that horrible man that I call my father. I wish I could move away from this horrible place, I wish my mom was here, right now instead of bein in the hospital. I slowly made my way to my locker, and waited for a mircle to happen, when Lucy came up to me.

"Hey, u comin over"

"Yes, thank you"

"I knew, u didnt want to go home, so Im savin u, so hurry up"

"Alr,alr,alr n thank u"

"Girl, u welcome now come on, we bout to scoop out the basketball team"

"Lol, alr lets go"closes locker

Thank u lord, u really came through for me, now if u only u could help me meet my mate. Then I'll put u on speed dial. But anyway, as me n Lucy continued to run to the gym, I saw some of the cheer team and waved at them, but when they gave me the stank face I just flipped them the finger and kept runnin. I really wish, my life could be like this everyday,but Im just gonna have to suck it up and be professional about it.
