Jack woke up somewhere around 5:59 and rubbed his eyes. "shit! What the fuck happened last night!?" He put on his clothes and walked out the door receiving a text from his best friend Felix. "hey, Jackaboy Ken's having a party on November 23rd and that cute new girl is going so can we go...please!" The text read. Jack rolled his eyes and sent a reply "fine, But I'm not getting hammered again like last time..." Jack put his phone in his pocket and looked out the window.

Mark was struggling with everything today for the first 30 times he finally got his combination right. He grabbed his science text book and closed his locker only to get startled by person he didn't wanna see, "Uh, hi Jack..." Mark jumped. He had many reasons to why he wanted to avoid him especially with the mark he was trying so hard to hide but couldn't, a couple people have already asked about it. Jack smirked at him, "well, someone's a bit jumpy!" Jack ruffled his hair at the point where Bob Matthias and Wade walked over. "hey Mark!" Bob patted him in the back. Wade smiled at him and Matthias looked distracted. He walked over pulling part of the collar down. "Mark is that a hickey?!" Matthias demanded. Jack's eyes widened at the mark. He started remembering the events of him getting drunk and making a move on him. Jack bit his lip and grabbed Mark by the arm pulling him into the men's bathroom. "Mark d-did I do that?" Mark looked down his face red. He nodded and looked away. "Oh my god! I'm so sorry! I was drunk and I was stupid Mark I didn't mean to-..." He was cut of when Mark said, "its okay" and smiled at him. "Um... we didn't like um..ya know did we?" Jack rubbed his arm awkwardly. "Oh dear god no! Jack that didn't happen!" Mark bit his lip. "S-sorry I just needed to know I gotta go bye!" Jack ran out of the bathroom bolting down the hallway leaving the group in suspicion.

A week later Jack and Mark were friends again, and the group hadn't mentioned why Jack ran out. They were really... good friends, they chatted on the phone every night or afternoon, they skyped each other when ever they had the chance, and they hangout with each other all the time. They were partners on a science project and Jack was coming over but Mark should of checked his recent texts. Mark layed on his bed laughing a little as Jack talked.
Mark : okay okay! You got me there! Hehe,
Jack : ha! IM A BOSS! at basically everything!
Mark : except Math and Science class you stared at the board for like a half an hour until Mrs. Grey picked someone else haha!
Jack : hey! That question was hard I mean reduce 4.56 and 7 how the fuck can you do that!?
Mark : Jack, we were in science...
Jack : Oh... um, Fuck you!
Mark : Oh, that's very sweet! Pfft! okay I gotta go, see you soon.. buh bye!
Jack : okay bye Mark don't fuck yourself up while your gone you tend to do that...ALOT!
Mark : Oh hahaha! Very funny! Bye..
Mark ended it there and Jack grabbed his binder off the counter smiling to himself. It was hard... not to... he liked Mark... who wouldn't? Jack found him perfect with every little thing even if Mark said dumb things sometimes or was a clumsy fool he was just... PERFECT!

Mark and Jack finished the project at the last minute and were playing video games. "come on! come on! Come on!" Jack chanted until he lost. "FUCK IT!" Jack yelled. Mark smiled and flipped to the credits. "ha, how does it feel?! you beat me last time...REVENGE IS SO SWEET!" Mark smirked at him. Jack put a hand to Mark's shoulder and pushed him off the couch looking displeased. "AH! Seriously!" Mark yelled hearing Jack giggle. Jack leaned forward a little to close to Mark's face. "Now that was just the start of your payback might wanna sleep with one eye open tonight" Jack said in a sexy tone.
They were so close...just an inch away...both of them had the urge to kiss each other. Marks face was tinted with pink as he smiled to himself considering how close he was. Both leaned in until a knock came interrupting them. "Oh!" Both teens jumped, getting away from each other quickly. Jack tilted his head and looked over his shoulder at the door. "Ughh! Get the damn door Jack!" Mark groaned getting up. "Get it yourself princess!" The brown haired boy taunted. Mark got up and walked over to the door hearing a snicker from Jack Mark ignored it and opened the door. His eyes widened to the point were he couldn't blink. "Yami?" Mark muttered speechlessly. "Markimoo!" Yami yelled wrapping his arms around him. Jack growled a little gritting his teeth and walked up.
Mark and Yami hugged and kissed so happy to see each other in like...months, "Okay! easy on the PDA you love birds!" Jack crossed his arms. Yami raised an eye brow at the annoyed teenager. "Oh! Yami this is Jack he's my friend and my partner for a school project" Mark explained. "oh cool hi I'm Yami" He smiled and greeted Jack. "Uh...I'm Jack..." He grunted walking over to the couch and plopping down. Mark and Yami looked at each other and Mark shrugged considering they both knew Jack was in a mood. "Uh..hey Mark I have to head home early okay?" Jack said over his shoulder and grabbed his bag off the floor. "Uh..yeah that's okay seeya!" Mark smiled and waved.

Jack got home walking into his room shutting the door putting his head against it, "you can handle this Jackaboy!" Jack told himself over and over. "We...we..we..almosted k-kissed!" Jack remembered and felt his face go red. "UH..god! Maybe...maybe I can't handle this...ugh! I'm stupid! Mark has a boyfriend! We are just friends that's all where ever gonna be!" Jack yelled. "Ugh! This is gonna be a hard year..." He realized and walked over to his bed ploping down.

"So, do you like Mark?"
Jack eyes widened as he stared at Felix in surprise and shock. "W-what! N-no!" Jack yelled out. "Oh, come on Jacky! Tell me the truth I already know anyways!" Felix smirked and nudged him. "I refuse to tell you any such feelings about that doofus that I have!" Jack snapped and turned away. "I have gym next, what about you?" Jack asked. Felix sighed and pulled out his schedule "yeah me too...oh, how about Mark huh! You should go ask him!" Felix nudged him. "Wh-what? Um...n-no.." Jack walked away from him. "Oh fine! But its obvious that you have a thing for a certain boy!" Felix yelled out.

Jack had his gym clothes on he was standing next to Felix outside not even bothering listening to directions just to busy seeing if Mark was around. A browned hair girl with hot pink highlights ran up...she had beautiful baby blue eyes , she was super skinny and really pretty. And then Mark walked up behind her. Jack soon realized it was Jenna Fox, the girl Felix had a crush on since 3rd grade who would blame him she was the hottest girl in the school. A whistle was blown and the game had started. Jack worked up the confidence and walked up to Mark. "Um..hey Markimoo what game are we playing I wasn't paying attention... Whoops!" Jack said. Mark smirked at him and rolled his eyes in amusement. "Its called Capture The Flag dumby!" Mark teased and ran over to the team that had Jenna and Felix on it.
A guy ran past and Yami smiled "okay I'm getting this one, kiss for a luck!?" Yami flirted. Marks face went red. "Um..not in the middle of gym..!" Mark blushed.
A girl named Bayley ran out with the flag in her hand. And Jack bolted after her, catching up to her. He had her cornered until she moved her foot a little and tripped him with Jack falling to the ground a major yelp brought out. After a few minutes Jack still remained on the ground not a inch of movement, something was wrong...
