I arrived in the parking lot and entered the building.
There were kids everywhere running around and eating pizza.
There were these goofy animals on stage performing and singing really cheesy songs.
I walked up to the manager and said "I'd like to sign up to be a night guard here".
The manager said "great but I'll have to ask you some questions ok?" "Ok" I said,
"so why do you want the job"? "because I need the money to move out of my parents house house".
"Ok" "how old are you?" "21" "and have you worked at any other places in the past?" "No".
"Great he said, ill lead you to your office". "Ok".
We walked Down a hall to a small office with 2 doors, one on the right and one on the left.
I sat down and got used to the controls, "you'll get a phone call about how to get through your first night," but you'll have limited power so you have to conserve it by using your doors if it's absolutely necessary."
"Your shift starts at 12.00 am and ends at 6.00 am." "Ok."
"here, you'll also need to wear this uniform and this hat." "Thanks" i said.
"Oh and if you do run out of power, at 6.00 there will automatically be a manual reboot so you can see your way out of the restaurant ok?."
After that I signed a contract and went home.
When I arrived home I told mum I got the job and she was so happy she let my drive there in her car (which she doesn't do often) and let me go to Hungry Jacks before I arrived.
I said thanks and went upstairs to to try my uniform on and get ready for my first night.
