Kiara's POV.

"Finally." I breathed out as the bell rang.

I gathered my books and shoved them in my bag, and walked out of the classroom. I started walking towards the school cafeteria and I felt my stomach begging for food.

"Fucking loser!" Someone yelled from behind me. I turned around to see Aiden being shoved against some lockers by a few jocks.

I quickly walked up to them and asked what's going on.

"Could you tell your little cock sucker to stop looking at me all the time. I mean, I know I'm hot, but It's fucking creepy and disgusting." One of the jocks, Ian, said.

"Come on." I said and took Aiden's hand in mine, and dragged him away from the boys.

"It's so cute how girls are always there for eachother!" Ian yelled after us and all of them started to laugh.

"Ian cut the crap." I heard a voice say. I turned around and suprisingly saw Hayes looking at him disapproving.

Hayes then turned his gaze on me and flashed an apologizing look. I smiled at him before I turned on my heel to walk to the cafeteria.

"Are you okay?" I asked Aiden and he nodded.

I knew he was lying, but I decided to let it go - for now.

We walked down the stairs to the cafeteria. You could either eat the food they make at school, or buy your own. I often bought a sallad, and today was no exception. I grabbed a box of tuna sallad and a bottle of lemon ice tea and placed the items on my tray. I walked up to the cashier and payed. Aiden payed for his own meal after me and we walked to our usual table, where Logan was sitting already.

"Hey guys, so are you going tonight?" Logan asked, and pushed his dark brown, almost black hair back. "It's huge, everyone's going."

"What's tonight?" Aiden asked and shoved a forkful of sallad in his mouth.

"A party."

"I think me and Daisy are going." I answered.

"Hell yeah we are!" Daisy said from behind me, and sat down beside me.

We talked about the party for a while, and I finished up my sallad. The ice tea tasted really bad, so I placed it in my bag in case I got really, really thirsty.

"Kira, Daisy! See you tonight?" Someone asked and tapped my shoulder.

I turned around to find a smiling Hayes Grier looking down at us.

"It's Kiara, and yeah, I think so." I shrugged and gave him a smile.

"Oh yeah, I'm bad with names." He laughed. "But see you tonight then."

"Yeah, see you!" Daisy squeaked and giggled. Hayes gave her a small wave and walked away to his friends.

"No, fuck no! Don't start with that giggling too." I whined and rubbed my temples.

"Was it that bad?" Daisy asked with flushed cheeks.

"Yes." Me and Noah groaned at the same time.

"But can you believe it, he wants US to come!" Daisy cheered, making me laugh.

All of us picked up our trays and threw our garbage in the trash can, and headed out of the cafeteria.

"Let's all go to my place before the part okay? Do you think Noah is coming?" Daisy asked and flipped her brown hair over her shoulder.
