Ch.14

Cams Pov
"Babe." I say as normally as possible. "This is Alisha, I've known her since elementary." I explain. This could not be more awkward. I didn't forget about Alisha exactly but I definitely didn't think I would see her again. I haven't seen her since eighth grade and I haven't talked to her since I met Anna.

"Oh Cam." "You're so vague." "I was his first kiss and first amongst other things as well." Alisha giggles. "You must be his lovely girlfriend... Ashley right?" Alisha questions even though she clearly knows Annas' name.

"Alisha I just made dinner and my wife Anna just got home from a walk so how about you come over another time." I chime in. "W-wife?!" "Oh my I don't know what to say." Alisha says with a shocked expression on her face.

Anna stares at me with a neutral expression but I know she wants to know what the hell is going on.

"Yeah we're married but I would love to get to know you Alisha." "Come over another day and we can all hangout." Anna grins.

Well this is horrible. I don't know why I'm acting like I'm hiding something. I mean I am sorta but not really. I just never spoke of Alisha before and now she's here and I remember everything I've never said about her or what we did. I thought I told Anna everything about me.

Annas Pov
I can't believe when I come home the first thing I see is some girl hugging Cam then she hugs me and acts like she knows me. This "Alisha" was definitely being bitchy and territorial like. I don't know what happened between her and Cam but clearly he's moved on.

He called me his wife. I'm guessing he said that to get Alisha to back off but if her noticing that I was clearly pregnant wasn't stopping her from making moves nothing will.

"So." I say slowly. "What was that all about?" I ask Cam. "Like I said I have know Alisha since elementary and she was my first kiss." "There's not much else to say." Cam says as his cheeks turn red. "I know you're lying."
"She said she was you first among other things." "What does that even mean?" "I've never even heard of this Alisha." I start to shout. "I thought we told each other everything." "I thought I knew all there was to know about you." "Now you're sitting here across the dinner table lying to my face with no shame." I start to tear up and race upstairs to the room and lock the door behind me.

I don't want to start doubting him. I've been through so much in my life and he literally knows everything about me. I've never lied or kept a secret. He said he told me everything about him. It's okay if whatever happened with Alisha slipped his mind. I gave him a chance to explain. Instead he lied straight to my face.

If he said something like he was too ashamed to say it out loud or he wasn't ready to tell me yet than I would understand. Now I'm sitting here wondering what happened that he has to lie about it.

Was Alisha really his first? His first time? No just no. That can't be true. I'm not saying I believe everything she said but she didn't really say much either.

I can't dwell on this subject right now. I don't need to be stressing. I don't want to go into early labor or something bad to happen to the babies.

I woke up and felt his arms wrapped around me. I could feel him breathing against my neck. I don't remember unlocking the door or even falling asleep. We never made up last night after arguing.

I slowly turn around to face Cam. I can't go long staying mad at him. At this point I'm just hurt. Hurt that he lied. I examine his face. His eyes are staring into mine. "Morning my love." He says with a smile.

I return the smile. If I want to know what happened I can't be shutting him out. Right? 
I feel him press his lips to my forehead and with a quick peck he hops out of bed. He's really acting like nothing happened. I guess when he's ready to talk he will.

"I know you want to know babe." " I just don't know how to say or explain at the moment." Cam sighs. "I promise that I didn't mean to lie." "It just happened." "Alisha is the past, she's from that past." "A time when I didn't know who I was or who I wanted to be." "A time before I met you the light of my life." He says. I can tell by the way he's speaking he's being genuine and sincere.

"Okay." Was all I managed to say. I stood up and walked towards him. He leans against the dresser and looks at me. As I place my arms around his neck I just stare into his eyes. I kiss his lips. I've missed this feeling. He kisses my neck and pulls me closer to him.

We just stayed there embracing each other for a while. "Whoop whoop." I suddenly hear downstairs. Sounds like the guys are back. I look to Cam than to the door.  Any second now they're all going to barge in.

Taylor walks in first followed by the rest of the guys. It wasn't long before we were all in a ginormous group hug. Oh how I've missed them. They really couldn't have came back at a better time. "We need to talk." Taylor and the rest of the guys except Shawn gesture to Cam.

"We'll be back." Cam pecks my hand then heads downstairs with the group. "Well you look tired." "Shawn says. "Oh what a nice way of saying that I look like crap." I tease.  "What?" "No you never look like crap." "Even with you being pregnant you're just as beautiful as ever." Shawn compliments. "Thanks Shawn." I smile.

"What are they all talking about down there?" I ask.  "I don't know probably some gossip or drama." Shawn replies. "Anna I heard about your argument with Cam." "We all know what went down between him and that chic but we aren't allowed to say anything." Shawn says with a look of disgust.

"I know you love Cam and you trust him." "He's my bro and I know he'll do the right thing in the end." "Just know that I've always been on your side." Shawn says. On my side? What's he talking about? Is Shawn trying to come on to me? I mean I'm pregnant with twins. His best friend is the father of my unborn children. This is the first major argument I've ever had with Cam. That doesn't mean I want to cheat on him or anything like that. "Anna?" "What's wrong?" "I'm not trying to make you uncomfortable I just want you to know I'm here." Shawn states. Clearly he saw my puzzled expression when I was overwhelmed with questions in my head.

"Ding dong." "Oh great it's probably another surprise visit from Alisha." I say annoyed.
"Okay screw it damn." "Get changed and come with me." Shawn says. "I'm going to tell you everything." "I can't lie to you or hide anything." "You deserve to know." He says as he stares at me with a look in his eyes.
